Bhim Nagar Villas

1. Guests coming to spend the day/ Helpers/ drivers/ chef staying in the villa will be counted as extra person and charged extra.
2. Valid Government ID Proof required at the time of Check-in, without which check in maybe denied.
3. Refundable Security Deposit of Rs.25000/- to be paid before check-in at the villa. If not paid check in will be denied. It will be refunded within 1-2 hours of Check out after the Villa & its equipment’s, furniture etc are checked. Any loss or damage will be deducted from the deposit amount.
4. Late check out / early check in will be charged extra.
5. Chef & Utensils Cleaning service are chargeable.

6. The Caretaker & staff timings are 10am-7pm. Serving and clearing dishes will be done once for every meal only. If guest requires the staff to do overtime (till 10pm max), charges will be applicable.
9. Staff will help source grocery, food items etc. from the market once a day only in the morning before 12pm. Any requirements for next day order have to be mentioned by 7pm and paid immediately.
10. Villa cleaning will be done once a day between 11am - 4pm. Post 4pm cleaning will not be done & will be done next day. Bedsheets, pillow covers & towels etc. will be changed every 2 days.
11. Back-up generator will provide electric supply to limited lights & fans in case of power cut. A/c’s will not work on generator.
12. WI-FI service is subject to network availability. In cases when WI-FI is down, the OTT platforms will not work In the Home Theatre/Smart TVs. Guest are advised to carry movies on a pen drive.
13. Swimming costumes/appropriate Swimwear compulsory to use the pool. Children are not allowed in the swimming pool without Adult Supervision.
14. Adults/ Children above 15 years of age not allowed to use the Trampoline. Parental supervision is required at all times.
15. Owner/Staff will not be responsible/liable for any accidents.
16. Guest should not move or relocate any equipment, appliance, furniture, etc. from their original locations.
17. Children under 12 years of age are strictly not allowed to use the Pool table, TT table, Carrom, Air hockey/ Foosball & Home theatre. Adult supervision always required. Relocation/movement of any games not allowed.
18. Kindly refrain from using outdoor footwear inside the villa to maintain cleanliness.
19. Guest should shall not play any kind of outdoor games (badminton, cricket etc.) inside the villa.
20. Playing with any kind of colours, bursting crackers, bonfires, loud music – not allowed
21. Smoking/Sheesha should be only done in the balconies or outside the villa. The artificial lawn has to taken care from coal burns/other damage.
22. Failure to comply with rules will attract penalty.
23. Any Guest valuables or property left or used at the Villa are at their own risk. Neither the Owner/Staff will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the same. The Guest must ensure all windows and doors are locked securely when not on the premises.
