Please note that you are booking a house so please consider our place as yours and have fond memories and leave us pleasant memories of your stay as well. Below mentioned are few points for your consideration.
1. All Indian guests are required to submit copies of their id proofs before check-in and the foreign nationals are required to fill up Form C which is provided at the time of check-in. They are also required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in.
2. Late check-out is subject to the availability on chargeable basis.
3. Use of narcotics drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited.
4. Liquor, tobacco or other prohibited substances are strictly not allowed in our apartment.
5. Any damage to the property will be charged on the spot.
6. The mountains are vulnerable so please help us to keep them clean and dispose waste in the dustbins only.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please use the balcony to smoke.
8. It is a religious and spiritual place so please don’t cook non vegetarian food in the apartment as it may hamper the sentiments of our neighborhood, however you may bring the cooked non vegetarian food from outside and can have it in the apartment.
9. It is a peaceful area so please don’t play loud music or make loud noises.
10. At the time of check-out kindly make sure that the kitchen utensils and dishes are done.
11. Kindly Switch off electric appliances (A.C, Geysers, Lights, Fans) and Gas Stove whenever not in and before leaving the premises.
12. Please make sure to leave the keys with doorman.
