Banyak hal yang sebaiknya dibenahi dari cottage ini. Akses menuju lokasi cukup menantang karena jalan yang sempit dan hanya cukup untuk satu mobil. Jika berpapasan dengan kendaraan lain akan cukup menyulitkan. Setibanya di lokasi, kami disambut dengan baik oleh staf dan sempat menunggu beberapa menit karena unit masih dipersiapkan. Namun, unit yang kami terima ternyata tidak sesuai dengan yang saya pesan. Lokasinya berada di bagian atas, dengan pemandangan gunung yang sangat bagus dan terdapat kolam renang. Sayangnya, kolam tersebut tidak dapat digunakan karena keterbatasan tenaga. Menurut saya, akan lebih baik jika kolam dikuras saja daripada dibiarkan dalam kondisi tersebut. Cottage ini juga kurang ramah untuk anak-anak, terutama unit yang saya tempati karena berada tepat di tepi tebing tanpa pengaman. Saya datang bersama anak yang cukup aktif, sehingga hal ini cukup mengkhawatirkan. Kondisi kamar juga perlu banyak perbaikan. Kelambu pada tempat tidur terlihat berdebu, serta fasilitas seperti teh, kopi, dan gula sepertinya sudah lama tidak diganti. Dudukan toilet dalam kondisi lepas, dan beberapa saklar lampu juga tampak tidak terpasang dengan baik. Secara keseluruhan, maintenance terlihat kurang optimal. Pada malam hari sekitar pukul 12, listrik tiba-tiba padam dan kondisi menjadi gelap total. Cukup membingungkan karena tidak ada pihak yang bisa dihubungi saat itu. Hingga sekitar pukul 4 pagi listrik masih belum menyala, hingga akhirnya saya menghubungi pemilik dan beberapa menit kemudian listrik kembali normal. Untuk sarapan, rasanya biasa saja dengan menu mie goreng dan mie kuah yang menggunakan mie instan. Semoga ke depannya cottage ini bisa melakukan banyak perbaikan agar pengalaman menginap menjadi lebih nyaman bagi tamu berikutnya.Popular Facilities
