What a beautiful gem of a tiny place Mayan and his family have created a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a break, close enough to bud to travel in as you want and far enough away to not be disturbed the main road is relatively busy and noisy but doesn't really disturb the breakfast is great and the special evening banquet prepared by kayak is something to behold

We stayed at this gorgeous tiny town about 10 minutes drive south of Bud just for four nights. Its the third time Ive stayed here, and Mayan and his crew will do everything in their power to ensure that you have a wonderful time. Even though we only had one day here, it was chilly and hot enough for a swim in their pool, but in nice weather, it will be much appreciated. We rented a motorbike to get around Bud, so it was good to be a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Bud center but still close enough to make getting into town simple when needed. Mayan set up a driver to pick us up and drop us off when it rained. Every morning, the everfewfully prepared omelet served us a simple, yet filling breakfast that was enough to get us through the rest of the day. The villas are designed to blend in with the surroundings just on the edge of the rice fields, and they and the communal areas are generally kept immaculately clean. At about 350, 000 rupiahs a day, including breakfast, this is a fantastic deal. Every year, Condo Saraswati places several group bookings for regular groups, so be sure to check well in advance if your vacation dates are flexible in order to ensure you can get in. Since I'm here for 28 years, it's been a pleasure to stay here. A stunning and spacious, comfortable accommodation in an old-style open bungalow. It's like a sanctuary in the garden. Beautiful views. Great service and friendly personnel, tasty breakfast, wonderful pool, local walks, and proximity to Bud. But most importantly, it's an atmosphere of being in a close sense of a Balinese way of being. Perfect!.

I absolutely adore this location in every way. I asked for a scooter when I arrived and it was ready to use immediately. The views are breathtaking, and the breakfast is excellent.

I am visiting this place again, this time with friends. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. I like the views from the villa. The staff are excellent. It's a good place to work. And, the food they served was nice.
