Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful stay! The room was immaculate and well-kept, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The service was also excellent — very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. We also loved the location; it’s convenient and close to many attractions and necessities. The amenities and facilities provided were almost complete, making our group trip smooth and enjoyable. However, there are a few points I’d like to highlight for future improvements: 1.) Accessibility information — It would be very helpful if the reservation page clearly mentioned that the room is on the 4th floor and that there is no elevator or lift available. One of my friends has knee issues and previously had surgery, so climbing multiple flights of stairs was quite challenging. 2.) Water pressure — The shower had very low water pressure, which was inconvenient, especially for a group of six. It made shower time longer than expected since we had to take turns waiting for the water flow to be sufficient. 3.) Bathroom layout — It would be much more comfortable if there were a separator or glass partition to divide the toilet, shower, and sink areas. This would make the bathroom more practical and hygienic for multiple people using it. 4.) Additional amenities — Having a water dispenser would be a great addition for guests, as it would be more convenient than constantly buying bottled water, especially for larger groups. Overall, despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the great hospitality. With these small improvements, the experience would be even much better. P.S. One pleasant bonus: the room is located right above a Korean restaurant — the food smells amazing, looks delicious, and tastes even better! We really enjoyed having good food just downstairs.
