At first the host guy was very nice and helpful as well as the other staff, but during our stay, the electricity was cut off and the shower was salty water and cold at night! Despite that staff are very friendly and full, one of them is not professional so i wont go into details because they were helpful.

The location is close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff is very friendly and clean. They serve a large breakfast.

It was a wonderful stay, the bungalows are lovely and roomy, and the pool in front of them is really nice. The bungalow staff, however, was the best part, they are really kind people who go above and beyond to assist you. If i return to gili air, ill most certainly return here.

If you are from a different part of the world, mix it with sexy cultures to have an amazing time. It is also incredibly enjoyable to interact with locals, who are in addition to pleasing the tourists, and are very kind and good spirits. The island is still recovering from an earthquake in 2018 and subsequently from the pandemic. Although still in recovery mode, there has been recollection of past better days. Bello and derosi, the local hosts, are wonderful and will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. This location offers excellent value for the money. If youre looking for adventure and romantic relaxation, this is the place to go snorkeling, encountering sea turtles or dolphins on fishing, biking, meditation, aquayoga, massages by the beach, etc. You can try snorkelling, sea life interaction, fishing trips, bike riding, yoga, swimming, dinner at the shore, among other activities.

We had a great few days at youpy bungalows! The location is excellent, just around the corner is i spotted tastier beaches and an amazing snorkeling spot. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and smile when they return. Excellent value for money, clean rooms, incredibly delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs on toast or banana pancake, fruit shakes, and plenty of coffee. Since we were staying in rented bungalow that was far from the reception, which frequently had no wifi, it would be beneficial for them to improve their wifi connection. Additionally, the lights on our terrace could have been more warm, creating ambiance.

Lokasi ini sangat bagus dan cocok untuk liburan keluarga, bahkan pantai ini tidak boleh di lewatkan. Selain snorkeling, kita juga bisa melihat kura-kura di taman karang dan berbagai jenis ikan, pokoknya indah banget.

The staff is always friendly, smiling, and asking about your plans or day. The banana pancakes are delicious and located right on the beach by the turtle point, so in 30 seconds you are in the sea. At first it was surprising to see salty water out of the shower, but every bungalow has 20 l of fresh water.
