There are free coffee and milk tea in the lobby, free cold drinks on the 3rd and 6th floors, and free latenight snacks at 10.30. The room can actually accommodate 4 people. There is a semi outdoor hot spring bath in this room.

The hotel exceeds all expectations! The variety of amenities they offered and offered really astonished me! I was pleasantly surprised by the drinks bar, which i adore. I will most certainly return here.

Overall, its a good hotel worth it. This hotel deserves my highest praise. The restaurants waiters are courteous, and the location is excellent. Despite the slightly small room and delectable food, overall, it is well worth the money.

The service provided is satisfactory. However, the equipment and hot spring water are of high quality. I chose a seafood meal for dinner, which was quite ordinary but had reassuring etiquette.

The hotel is very nice and has an outdoor hot spring. The rooms are fully equipped, with free coffee and tea in the lobby and free drinks, beer and milk on the 3rd and 6th floors respectively. I will choose to stay at this hotel the next time i visit hakone.

I had a great experience when staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive and professional. We were given supper, which was served by the staff at the reception. It was also very noisy outside. There was no soundproofing in the room. No air conditioning provided. Very noisy.

Ill return the next time! Ah! This hotel is my most satisfying! Excellent location, about ten minutes away from yumoto station. The room is spacious and immaculate! Everyone knows that i spent a few days in tokyo and went to the countryside! I adore the private hot spring in the room so much. Its ideal to be comfortable while watching the red leaves and green mountains while listening to their gurgling stream! Although the public hotspring is tinier and not entirely openair, there are many options for body care in this bathhouse, including pola, dove, lux, and other brands ive never heard of. Eat well, which emailed the following day after putting the order from the hotel. Emails with custom dinner. There arent many choices in your minibar, so youll almost feel lost, but the rooms cookies are also excellent! The service is flawless. Restaurant waiters are adorable.

It is strongly advised! At the hotels entryway is a large stream. The environment is pleasant. Its close to the station and the hot spring entrance. Buses are convenient. Before we arrived, the hotel had verified the dinner options and understood the guests stay. Extremely attentive service. There is plenty of food for breakfast and dinner. Free on each floor. Excellent beverages. Simple and easytounder instructions for the lodgings. As i was bringing my first visit to hakone, it left resounding impression on me.

This onsen is truly remarkable. The restaurant offers warm and excellent service, although the front desk appears to have a lessthanideal experience. We particularly enjoy the restaurants waiters service. Ive attached his photo as proof. Delicious food that is tastefully designed and authentic. Free alcohol. It is unquestionably worth our money. Despite the fact that this establishment is small, everything about it is excellent. Although tinier, the room is cozy with id like to share our personal onsesen. Without denying that we will return. Thank you for managing such cosy, delicious food and delightful onssen. Excellent service in the restaurant.

During our vacation in japan, we spent one night at this charming hotel. Through the city center avenue, it takes 10 minutes to stroll from the train station. Our room was roomy and had a private onsen. Immaculate and modern. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are western tourists, and the staff was welcoming and kind. This hotel did not let my wife take advantage of the japonic hot springs. For us, this is an onceinalife experience. It was incredibly enjoyable.

The waiters at the hotel are very kind. The dinner is very rich and carefully arranged. Breakfast is also very tasty. There is a private bathroom in the room. It is one of the best experiences. A surgery shop is located downstairs, which is quite convenient!.
