市内の真ん中で、立地条件いいです。食事する場所が多く、交通の便がいい事、散歩がてらに、京都御所まだ、スタッフの対応も良いです。外国のお客様が多いみたいで。日本語の説明のパンフレットが有ればうれし方です。落ち着いてのんびりできました。

It was really clean, very luxurious place. Perfect for 4 people close to the market. Could walk to many tourist attractions , bus stops. Also very kind staffs(they did really everything to help us enjoy kyoto)

Room was fantastic. Separate bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space and there was room for everyone (6 people) in the living room/kitchen area. Everything was very clean and the furniture comfortable. We were also able to easily walk to restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

깨끗하고 친절하고 주변 먹기 좋고 중심지 가깝고, 호텔 직원분?매니저분?암튼 정보 하나라도 더 알려주시려 하시고 감동 ㅠㅠ Very closed to center and lots of delicious restaurants around hotel. Very kind and good staff. Clean and comfortable room. Warm and nice. HIGHLY recommend!

我們一同六人租住, 有3間房間, 2間洗手間及浴室, 相當寬敞。酒店內還有廚房, 使我們可以使用, 感到像家一般親切。房間環境衛生及非常清潔, 附近也有便利店, 很方便。如日後再到京都也會再選擇此酒店。

The Good - Good sized apartment (especially for Japan), clean and well managed. - Two doors with two dead bolts for each door and intercom for security, not that you will need it. - Safe neighborhood, close to main market and covered shopping street. - 10min walk to main shopping street and 15min walk to Gion. Convenient store across the road. Good Ramen 5-10min walk away. - Karasuma Oike is closest Subway station. Few stops then to Kyoto station. - Attentive and helpful staff. - Having a kitchen, laundry, cutlery and crockery is most helpful. The not so good (but not deal breakers) - windows are not sealed like a hotel, so can be noisy, especially in the morning and night (up until 11pm), think delivery vans and people coming out of restaurants, not pubs and clubs with bands and music. Still can sleep through if tired. - WiFi keeps cutting out even after the staff changed the router. TIP - unplug fully, count to ten and replug. - Curtains are not block out type. Expect the sun to come through at 6am. Ok if you want an early start to the day but if you want to sleep in then I suggest wearing some eye shades. Conclusion - A good property, will stay again and recommend.

ロケーション最高です。また、車で行く時は専用駐車場があります。ただマルチエアコンの送風音がうるさくて夜は消します。そのため冬は寒いです。多分夏は当たり前ですが熱いでしょう。

As we walked into the room everything was dark. Overall it was ok but it felt like we were staying in a basement...no natural light, no views. Area was ok. Difficult to find at first.

I hope they would change the photos and show the real size of the room. The owner should consider accept credit card for payment. All the equipment is convenient and in good condition. The problem I concerned is too small, compared to their photos.

Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 500
Untuk tarif kamar JPY 50.000 atau lebih: JPY 1.000

【Pajak akomodasi mulai 01 Maret 2026 dan seterusnya】
Untuk tarif kamar kurang dari JPY 6.000: JPY 200
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 6.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 20.000: JPY 400
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 1.000
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 50.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 100.000: JPY 4.000
Untuk tarif kamar JPY 100.000 atau lebih: JPY 10.000

Untuk keperluan pajak akomodasi, istilah “biaya akomodasi” mengacu pada tarif kamar saja, tidak termasuk biaya makan dan pajak konsumsi.
