The hotel was very good, but the most important experience was the staff. I went to luxury with my sister and the staff was very friendly and polite. The restaurants all were fantastic. They served too big portions at the italian restaurant. It was so amazing. We love Egyptian culture and especially the people of Egypt, very civilized. I went here five years ago and hope to go Bak there again. It felt like home. We were two sisters together and we couldn't believe we would feel so welcome compared to Europe where we live.

I really enjoy this experience. This hotel is fully booked and very well run. The staff are also very pleasant. The room was spotless and cozy. I stayed here for 3 lovely days and decided to stay another 3 days. The manager named Karin and the staff did everything they could to make sure they could accommodate us. Thank you for this amazing experience.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times and it's always great. The breakfast is a top-notch. Go for a deluxe Nile view room, which is not cheap, but it is the best. If you want a taxi to town or tours to temples and tombs, etc., use this guy in my photos he is very trustworthy and knowledgeable can help you with anything luxury. He will give you fair prices for whatever you want to do.

We are so happy we stayed on the west bank in luxury, but not as pleased as we were that we stayed at the nile castle. This family run be is European standards, nice, clean, and well kept. The roof terrace provides a full view of the nile and the Winter Gardens Palace directly across the river. There are a variety of boats waiting to take you across, including the government boat which costs one way. About rp English or etc eu about 100 meters away nestled on the riverbank is the blue sky cafebar restaurant where you can choose a drink of your choice stella beer able and watch the sunset. Much more relaxed than the east bank, not forgetting that most of the sites including the hot air ballons, valley of the kings, and many temples are located on the west bank. Thank you nile castle, we will be back.

The nice service from the employees who always answer our questions. The employees were so helpful, provided breakfast for our excursion and adults had the infinity pool overlooking the Nile. The hammock swings were so great!

We really enjoyed our time, and we enjoyed the things that were very helpful, always smiling, and very clean. We loved the cuisine and the rooms. View was very special looking at the nile. We really liked it.

We had a great stay in the nile castle. The owner, Sari, makes this visit incredibly special. He is honest in pricing, speaks fluent English, and is incredibly helpful, informed, and kind. Very happy and would recommend this place to all our relatives and friends. Thank you!.

What I can say about mohammad. It all went very well, I booked an amazing place on airing for me and my husband. So he told me he wouldn't be around, but he gave me his cousin's number if I needed assistance on the way. I actually did not need help on the way, but we had a car accident and needed to let my husband know it was going to be late. His cousin wrote me back and wrote me back without even knowing they were coming, he told me that someone else else was already staying there if you have different pages u should know how to block dates, it's so easy. Anyway, I talked to mohamed again, and he put us in another place with less rooms and smaller and totally not what I paid for bow it was already paid by credit card. So he told me that if I wanted he could cancel and get the full refund, but he wanted me to cancel and as you know, if you are comfortable, you will never get a refund. Look guys guys think twice if you want to deal with mohamed, there are a lot more pleasant places with more friendly people, mohamed just see the money and how to get there, he don't care at all if you're comfortable, so I do not recommend the villa or Nile Castle at all. This place is perfect, I assume it will sound like a paid review, but this place is just perfect. Sari and Sara are very hospitable. They assisted us with all city and balloon reservation. Everything was perfect. We had a third friend join us at the last minute and everything from airport cabs to rooms was still arranged for us. And the room! The location is ideal, right on the river and exactly where the ferry leaves you. Very spacious and clean. Totally more than worth!.

This hotel celebrates a birthday of a family member, so we stayed to experience the wonders of luxury. The infinity pool was fantastic! The rooms were big but a bit dated, including a deluxe king and breakfast buffet that was plentiful and delicious. The olives restaurant offers delicious food, but the only complaint was that the server almost harassed us for leaving a tip that was to be charged to the room. If I understood what he was saying, if you leave a tip on check-check, the server does not receive it, so it goes to the entire hotel staff. We had no money so couldn't change the tip, but it was a little awkward. I would like the hotel management to think about redirect tips to the servers for whom they are intended.

I want to book a room with a view of the Nile River and a connecting room for a family with connected rooms. This hotel also provides an airport pick-up and drop system which is convenient, I was also very pleased with the service provided, including the service from the employees, also the breakfast was very satisfying and varied.

The spa area was incredible. Parvati is the best massager, she is a real gem, a stunning lady and professional! The calmest place to be! Thank you, Parvati. I needed some improvement on the pool area service because I had to wait for too long.

I initially reserved the room online, but when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me he couldn't locate the reservation. I was charged a higher rate than what was promised. I had just arrived by plane, and I was tired. The hotels lobby wifi didn't connect well for me to locate other locations, so I took the overcharge and paid. If you get a good rate, I would suggest it, but an airing would be sufficient for that. The food was good, and the pool was ok. The person who assisted me with my luggage was the best part, in my opinion.

Awalnya terlihat melelahkan : turun dari kereta yang telat 1.5 jam dari jadwal, dan istri yang datang tamu bulanan di atas kereta. Kami butuh sekadar tempat untuk transit dan membersihkan diri di kota yang asing ini. Kami berspekulasi ke Iberotel, masih 5 jam dari waktu check in. Tak dinyana, selain bisa memakai toilet tamu, front officer mempersilakan bisa masuk kamar saat itu juga kalau mau. Karena ditunggu oleh tour guide, kami lewatkan tawaran emas itu dan hanya menitipkan koper di lobby. Setelah dihajar panas terik di West Bank, Iberotel laksana oase bagi kami. Kamar yang apik dan sangat bersih, dengan balkon menghadap Nil dan di latar belakangnya Gunung para Raja. Bisa dibilang Nil adalah halaman belakang kami karena letaknya sangat dekat, bahkan kolam renangnya dibangun di atas sungai. Rencana sore untuk menjelajah kota jadi buyar, kalah oleh ranjang empuk di kamar. Sarapan di hotel ini istimewa, bahkan lidah Asia Tenggara kami pun cocok. Disajikan di beranda berangin sambil menikmati hamparan taman di tepi Nil, tentu membuat siapapun betah. Fleksibel, adalah keistimewaan lain dari Iberotel. Kami bisa mengatur late check out dengan mudah, dan mereka bisa memesankan paket berlayar di Nil dengan felucca, tentu dengan harga yang masuk akal. Memang banyak pilihan hotel di Luxor, tapi pengalaman singgah ini membuat saya terpikat dengan Iberotel. Pilihlah kamar dengan balkon menghadap Nil, pemandangan dari situ istimewa, siang dan malam. Beberapa kekurangan kecil seperti tekanan air toilet yang agak lemah, masih bisa ditoleransi. Kekurangan lainnya? Mungkin malah kami yang kurang waktu, sampai tidak sempat eksplore kolam renangnya yang eksotis. Dan staf mereka profesional, khususnya duty manager Thaha yang memberi kami banyak kemudahan. Tunggu kami balik lagi ke Iberotel Luxor!

The experience was fantastic. It's the first time I've stayed a few nights in November 2022. First off, we thought the location is ideal, facing the nile and not far from the luxury temple and taxis. A small shop for beverages and snacks is right next door and is close to the busier stores. The checkin process was quick and simple, and the reception staff was nice. No negative, but I think the staff did everything they could do so better, such as breakfast times and the place to eat than having to ask. When we entered the room, there were twin beds and not doubles. This could have been a mistake making a booking through the grd party. I personally appreciate Gianni, who is in charge of everything, brought porters to nice bags, and she was returned with a new key. The bedroom was comfortable. Besides that, the room and bathroom were a little dated but tidy overall. The air conditioner was not cold and more of a fan, he said. Then we left the hotel to take a stroll to the restaurant and took a picture of the pool, but it appeared clean. Several more meals were cooked even though we didn't try very much. The hotel has security at the front, so be aware of scams. We weren't told to have the wifi check, but the staff did say any issues at all

A hotel weve frequented regularly since 1992. It has a great value and has very friendly personnel. Ideally situated, within walking distance of a luxury temple, museum, and tourist souk. It is also a stone's throw from Niles. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Bathroom with a watchful shower. Room had good air conditioning and a mini-fridge. Nice Niles vista. The pool area is really nice and makes for a very relaxing beginning or ending to a day. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was a problem with being served a cold meal, but it was replaced without any issues. If you like to drink beer, it's also affordable at Let for local beer. The only drawback is the wifi. It is terrible. I gave up and relied on data. Overall, another wonderful stay at our favorite hotel. It wasn't as busy as it used to be, but we noticed luxury getting busier with tourists, so hopefully it will return to full house levels soon. If I had to describe my stay at this hotel, I would say top. You know why? First, this hotel has a 100 billion star top of the roof where you can have one of the most delicious breakfasts or dinners with a pleasant nile view. The owner, sari, is a top person and great friend who will make your stay so comfortable and unbelievable you would have this childhood sense of being so safe and careless like someone else is taking care of all your problems. Talking about the room, it's a nice one with a shared balcony throughout the entire floor, comfy beds and plenty of space to feel free. It is a crime to spend the entire day in a luxurious hotel without doing anything. Overall, I must admit that I wouldn't have such a great stay if I didn't listen to sari at first. Thank you, man! There is a great relaxing time there. I'll not be leaving it for nine years unless my next trip. I got back to luxury and this hotel after nearly nine years out of state. I arrived from the uk at midnight without my suitcase, which was still in cairo, because of a very lengthy journey. I received a room, which was checked in very quickly. The room was in decent proportions, and I had a lovely nile view. The linen and towels were spotless, and the room had a lovely odor. There were plenty of choices at breakfast, but it might be better if there were options for international clients. Fruit wasnt always available, but I was occasionally given an apple when I requested it. The restaurants cleanliness and cleanliness werent the worse aspect. He had been tasked to ask guests what their room numbers were, but there was no management presence. The pool area was quiet, but it was kept tidy with a regular supply of clean towels. This is down to management because the servers spread out fairly thinly throughout the bistro, bar, pool, and Champollion restaurants. I found the staff to be very attentive and friendly, always greeting me and passing along the day. The pool staff whove been there for years is committed to providing great service. The hotel was very nice, especially for the view. In the room, it had a great view of the river, and the room was comfortable.
