Suasana kamarnya sangat eropa dengan konsep kamar yang modern, kolam renang dan tempat makan yang bisa melihat pemandangan. Sayangnya lift hanya ada 1 jadi harus bergantian untuk naik. Tapi tidak apa sih, hotelnya cukup bagus.

At 1410, we arrived at the grand blue sky international hotel. The check-in process was very fast. The room was beautiful, with a sea view. Drinks were very varied and of high quality. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.

We spent nine days here at the end of May. Ive spent many years in this hotel before, and I was aware of its excellent setting and views. Although there are some areas that management must look at to make sure that visitors are satisfied, the hotel personnel is incredibly considerate and caring. The staff constantly goes above and beyond to make sure guests are satisfied, there are some areas that might be enhanced that are not under the staffs control. The food that was available must be improved, the menu was extremely limited in choices, not all the items that were listed were available, everything we did have was delicious and well made, but as I stated, not enough variety. It wasnt a big deal for us because we enjoy eat outside the hotel most evenings anyway, but for someone who enjoys staying at the hotel at night, it might become recurring. The lack of teacoffee making facilities in the rooms was a surprise because I would have assumed it was a basic feature. Apart from the absence of teacoffee amenities, the rooms furniture was very comfortable and the air conditioning operated superbly. I do not think that the reception staff was helpful or lacking in their efforts to keep this hotel running well. The pool area is fantastic and very tidy. Despite there are a few areas that could be improved, this is a very relaxing and comfier hotel overall.

Excellent hotel with roomy rooms and views. Although we got there late, check-in went smoothly. Plenty of restaurants were close by. Even a shopping center was nearby and open at 9:00 a.m. The hotel appeared to be new, well-maintained, and immaculate. The restaurant's sunrise view from the tucked away angle was breathtaking. Nice spread for buffets. I only stayed one night on my way to Pamukale, so I did not check all amenities.

The motel appears very grand, but it's in an oddly shabby area. The room was perfectly ok, with everything we needed. The supper and breakfast buffet were good, with a wide selection. We were here for a tour, so there was only one night without having time to use the pool.

The place is very good if you and your partner want to escape everything there. Very little English spoken here but you can get by. The only problem is the pool, which seems to be cleaned once a week if not more. The room is great and there is a nice view too. I stayed here when it was palmer and it has improved quite a bit since.

It was a week's holiday with family. The food selection was very good you can choose between two restaurants, one of which is the main restaurant and one with the pool. The room was very clean and the receptionist staff was very courteous and helpful.

I recommend this hotel. Once again a wonderful holiday at the charisma hotel from the moment we arrived staff handled our luggage the receptionist ran and berlin from guest relations welcome us back. The dining room staff are amazing. They go above and beyond for you. The food is superb. The cleanliness of the hotel is a 10 out of 10. The housekeeping ladies are helpful and kind. The bartenders are also pleasant.

I would very strongly recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel in June. The staff were excellent, they were very helpful and polite. The restaurant had a huge selection of food for breakfast, some of which I couldn't eat due to dental treatments but the manager found I was struggling to eat and ordered soft food for me. My husband enjoyed the steak house, the bedrooms were cleaned daily with clean towels, and the cleaning staff was also very courteous.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and they did an excellent job of accommodating us and our needs. When we arrived, Berlin showed us around the hotel and followed our breakfast well. After that, I was very pleased and will definitely return there.

We had family rooms in these rooms, and to be perfectly honest, we didn't find anything wrong with it. The only negative thing about this property was a few electrical outlets on the wall that had wires visible. Huge rooms with lovely balconies and mattresses. It's a little uncomfortable that because the dressing table and mirror are constantly dark, you are unable to utilize them. Also, the bathroom's lack of a shower door would flood the restroom floor repeatedly as you shaved. Because the hotel only has two levels of accommodations, there are no elevators on-site as well. However, we had to climb six flights of stairs when showering, which is not ideal, because we stayed on the first level on the first block and had to climb 6 flights of stairs with big bags. We ended up moving to a neighboring hotel for a better atmosphere because we were the only people in the pool most days, and there was no music. The beds were probably the nicest I have ever had near a pool, and the view is breathtaking. Breakfast is your typical Turkish breakfast with a small selection of meatscheeses, bread, and preserves. Additionally, they have 3 containers of hot foods, most days containing eggs, and the choices ranged from cheese pastry, turkey sausages, chip, wedges, and even spaghetti bolognese one morning. The restaurant here was very good and could do with more. Plus the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and fluent in English. Plus, the housekeepers were very good, but he opened the door every time we left, instead of knocking on the door and waiting for us, and no disco was available at the hotel, the team was very friendly.

The Grand Judging Hotel in Kusadasi this time was my second visit with a large family hired 6 rooms with sea view absolutely /10/10 satisfaction given to this hotel! I did go to 2014 since has been submerged with quality of wonderful vitality of breakfast, lunch, diner and all around pool services. The price of the accommodation was reasonable, call the cleaners waitress, cook, and managers were absolutely fantastic well done Grand Hellish I will definitely come back. The music and animation team were also fantastic. I could also say the Turkish bath and the message people were also very good. This hotel has great morning and evening walking along the shoreline and also bicycle riding does not many hotels have such convenient sporting availability. All my six families whom I brought them to this hotel were overjoyed in the quality of food services and people again big thank you to all the staff managers of this hotel for making this happen. At the Castle Steakhouse adjacent to this hotel, a family group of six enjoyed a delicious meal. The service was excellent and the food was freshly prepared and well presented. The portions were generous and the food was delicious.

Hotel Statistics, based on my subjective experiences (Scale 1 - 5): Location: - 5 - Right in front of the "I Love Kusadasi" landmark and walkable to the city centre Room: - 2 - The room is too small; I can barely move freely Check-in/out time: - 5 - Quick and not long-winded Breakfast: - 3 - Breakfast was average with a limited choice of foods. However, the view was spectacular Housekeeping: - 4 - Room and its amenities were cleaned every day Staff: - 5 - friendly and attentive Other Facilities: - 3 - The elevator is too small and rough when stopped Car Parking: - 2 - the hotel did not have a car parking place. You have to arrange your own parking. However, there was a paid parking lot just right behind the hotel. My thoughts: This hotel was surprisingly lovely and perfect in terms of location, shopping centres, and some town centre areas. My room was upgraded to the Seaview room, and I was so lucky to witness the sunset from the room. I loved having breakfast on the rooftop with the Kusadasi bay view and seeing a giant cruise ship docked from the distance. That was one of the amazing viewpoints while I stayed in Kusadasi. For a short staying, the hotel can accommodate you well. I did not regret staying in this hotel as expected.

Our arrival was late, but check-in went smoothly. There are many restaurants nearby. Even a mall was nearby and opened at 9 am. The hotel appeared new, well-kept, and very clean. Situated directly across from the sea and the morning view from the restaurant was amazing. Good buffet selection. Had only stayed one night on my way to Pammukale, so I did not check all facilities.
