We stayed here a year ago and it was a great experience, so we booked again. When we arrived on March with they no longer served breakfast, the tiki bar was closed, the hot tub was green and smelled terrible. Our toilet in our room was broken and once repaired, it ran for a good portion of the time we were there. The place is quiet and the young lady who took care of the pool towel was always making sure the towel was on hand, which I appreciated. The bed was decently comfortable. A man came to fix the hot tub and drained it twice and took care of how disgusting it was, but then it completely ruined my bathing suit, I am guessing from all the chemicals they had to pump through it. Do not book this place if you intend to enjoy the tiki bar or free breakfast because despite the fact it is advertised on their website neither is available.

The location is excellent, directly across the street from the beach access. The marina side needs some landscaping and the pool side is the parking lot. The rooms were clean but very dated and worn. The website still mentions breakfast and coffee but neither is available.
