We kindly ask you to follow the house rules during your stay: • RM200 deposit required upon check-in. Violations will result in corresponding fees deducted from the deposit. • We only accept online transfers through Malaysia Local Bank Account. • For Non-Malaysian or Foreign Tourists, only CASH deposit payment is available. • No noise after 10pm. • Check-in is after 3pm. Early check-in available (subject to availability) for RM30 per hour. • Check-out is before 11am. Late check-out without notice will be charged RM50 per hour. • No refunds for same-day cancellations. • No refund for “NO SHOW” after 12 AM if the guest cannot be reached. • Contact host before 5pm on check-in day for key and room card collection details. • Loss of keys or access card will incur a replacement fee of RM200 each. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. A RM500 fine for violations. • Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use (except the Wi-Fi router). • Do not rearrange or move furniture. If damage occurs, a penalty of RM200 or more will be charged. • You are responsible for any damage or missing items during your stay. • No parties, illegal substances, or weapons. RM500 fine for violations. • No permanent stains on linens. Fees for cleaning or replacement if stains cannot be removed. • No pets allowed.
