This place is cool and suitable for both leisure and business events. The facilities are nice, including a gym, sauna, a mini water park for children, and an indoor playground. When i arrived, it was already nightfall, so the mini water park was closed. The location is 10 to 15 minutes from downtown jb. The homestay is amazing. Its calm and quiet, so even if you book a oneroom homestay, it can accommodate a small family. The price for one night is affordable. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Sangat menyenangkan memiliki mal besar di dekatnya. Ada restoran murah di lantai bawah yang bagus jika tidak mau memasak. Makanan hampir 7- 9 ringgit. Rumah dalam kondisi baik dan saya puas dengan kolam renangnya. Ini adalah tempat tinggal yang memuaskan, hanya saja kualitas airnya buruk dan perlu filter.

Midvalley mall is accessible on foot from the condo. There is good security onsite registration for pedestrians and cars at the main security counter. In addition to the secure lobby, users are only able to access the floors with key cards, and i observed guards grazing the floors and blocks. Its not the best in terms of room layout, as the second and third bedrooms are cramped. Developer floor tiles for the toilets and bathrooms are also not excellent, they become quite slippery when wet. The amenities in each apartment vary depending on the host. The coffee shop right next to the apartments serves a variety of regional cuisine and is quite good. There is nothing else nearby, so it can get crowded during meal times, unless one walks 10-15 minutes to midvalley. Overall, i would say its a nice place to stay.

The location is nice and strategic, and its easy access to mid valley mall. The only problem is that it is hard to find a parking spot for the car, but overall it is okay.

Tempat ini sangat bagus, sangat rugi tidak pergi ke tempat yang indah, makanannya semua enak, dan tidak perlu membayar. Supermarket ada di sana, jalan kaki saja, ada Family Mart dan tempat makan tepi bagus, dekat dengan danga, bazar karat, kota square, apapun, semuanya dekat dengan yang terbaik.

The room was excellent. Parking was a bit of a hassle. Be prepared to pay for parking if you bring more than one vehicle. Midvalley jb is close by.

The homestay is nice, but it was difficult to find parking at first. The swimming pool is great, but during my stay, the adult swimming pool was under maintenance. Near midvalley. Need to go out to eat.

The room and toilet are also clean. The security guards are friendly and helpful so i easily collected my unit key. The location is great, walking 5-7 minutes to shoppin mall. Overall a pleasant stay.

The location is very haunted. But all the ghosts that stayed with me throughout my stay at all the different units over the last 3 years have been very helpful to my needs (even if i didnt ask them too) and very attentive to every detail that i myself did not anticipate often, especially late at night until early morning from the bedside until the toilet. Highly recommended 10/10 best place to stay and spend time on holiday or other work related activities.

The price for one night is rm 175, which is quite affordable considering the new amenities. The location is strategic, with numerous neighborhood restaurants nearby. The house is clean, and the building is clean since it is new. I work with uha management, so as usual, their guide was thorough and so. They have many facilities that are suitable for families with children. They have a swimming pool with a fountain and toy, a study area, a playground for children, and other amenities. Swimming is strictly prohibited in the pool. Swimwear is only permitted in swimming suits. Cotton shirts, streetwear short pants, and anything with printed or colorful printed items were prohibited. They should post the notice on the homestay guide and hotel image.

The cleanliness of the room is good, and the bed is comfortable. However, there is no coffee table or dining table and chair, so you have to walk to mid valley 8 minutes by bathing. I suggest you bring your own.
