Baguio City Purple Condo Unit 3-Bedroom

- Rates do not cover insurance of any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions. Owner shall not be liable for any accident or injury.
- Cooking is allowed, as long as you clean after use.
- Alcoholic beverage drinking is allowed but avoid disruptive behavior.
- Hot showers controlled by knob to set the desired temperature.
Towels and toiletries NOT included, please bring with you or buy at the stores nearby, towels rental available at PHP50.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms/house. Smoke at the balcony, terrace area and dispose cigarette butts into the ashtrays.
- Garbage must be placed at the receptacle bin.
- We collect PHP1,000 key deposit upon check-in, to be refunded upon checkout.
- Replacement cost shall be paid by guests for damages on house furnishings, equipment & properties including loss of room keys.
- Respect the privacy of other people in the neighborhood, refrain from screaming or making loud noises. Any complaint of excessive noises or unruly behavior will result to discharge from the house without any recourse to refund.
- Turn off water faucets, lights and all electrical appliances whenever not in use or going out of the house.
- Lock your door at all times, we will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings.
- Wifi internet, get the password upon arrival.
- Only SMALL breed of PET DOGS (not BIG ones) are allowed to be brought along, and we request them to be on a diaper. A refundable PHP1,000 pet damage deposit (to cover any damages to the property caused by a pet) - to be refunded upon checkout. In case of a larger damage, guests will pay for the total amount of damage as reasonably determined.
Guests have access to the whole 3-bedroom condo unit with its sala, kitchen, dining. Plus access to the common areas to all guests of the building, open rooftop with tables and chairs, and a tower lookout podium with 360-degree views of the city.
