I had a good experience at this hotel, they provided me with a very reasonable rate. This hotel is in a very good location and has good local amenities, which is why I highly recommend this hotel to all people.

Amazing hotel, wonderful food thanks to chef ashi neem and his team they were outstanding. stayed with our guest till the end, good hospitality, love the food and thanks to chef for customizing our orders accordingly

At a group trip to Shilla, we reserved 3 rooms for 2 nights. This was not a pleasant experience overall. The most irritating issues for hotel surya are room service and customer service. On average, it takes the hotel staff 30.000 minutes to respond to room service or other requests. Some facilities are gray. However, some basic things are missing. For example, during our day stay, the wifi hardly worked. There is good thing the location is good, because it's on the main road. And, depending on availability, they offer free parking.

The location is great, the size room is big, the food is delicious, and the breakfast is vegetarian. The proximity to mall road makes it a better choice for staying. I like the location and hotel.

Hotel Surya is an old building with about 12 levels. For floors 1 to 8, there is one lift and the eatery is located between them. The old wing has one lift, plus you walk down one, cross the dining area, and then join the other one. You can see the motel board as soon as you exit the victory tunnel, so accessing it is quite simple. There is parking at the hotel, but it is limited and you must plan properly during rush hour. The reception area is small but well planned and well maintained. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is large. The bathroom is spacious and the bathroom is large. The hotel provides toiletries and clean towels. The bed is decent, with a small seating area with two sofa chairs. In the new wing, you have access to the mall road. But to get there, you need to climb a few 30 or so stairs. Hence, you can visit mall road as many times as you like on foot and save a lot of time. The breakfast is plentiful, however, the dining area is large and has a great view of the valley below. We had a lovely dinner while I was in the mountains. If you are in the hills, try to book a bigger vip room as it is a kind of suite room. They also have special rooms for newlyweds. I enjoyed my stay because my work was on Mall Road and
