The hotel was nice, and the interior design was admirable, but the surroundings, especially the look outside the room window, were awful. I wouldn't say it's a fivestar hotel, rather, it is a threestar by my standards. The hotel staff was courteous, but the rooms were incredibly hot and the temperature settings weren't adjusted to our liking. We had to complain a lot about it a number of times, but it was not resolved. On my last day, I was dismayed to see dirty water coming into the toilet. If you want, the hotel has good parking. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the meals offered by room service were excellent during the day. Overall, I enjoyed staying there because it was close to tourist attractions, but I'd say you should expect it to be a little low for its standards.4,2/510 Agt 2023

The hotel entrance set the tone for what we would soon encounter despite the building being quite ancient. The room was large and with an sober approach. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always available to assist us. The hotel restaurant was fairly reasonable and the servants were particularly helpful.4,8/58 Agt 2023

This is my first stay at this hotel. We booked a Presidential suite. Very lovely room, everything was clean and the decoration was lovely! Big spacious bedroom. The hotel is in a good location near my alarm road and liberty. We tried room service and can honestly say the food here is the best of all hotels by far! 5 for everything! It's disappointing that no traditional espresso is provided here. And then, the vibes here were a bit quiet. After that, they serve great service. Subsequently, the breakfast was good. We were deprived of drinking water because our car broke down in front of this hotel. The guards were really nice to let me refill our water bottles if I wished them some water. In addition, the hotel management and staff are typically not useful, but the guards here were very kind and courteous. May Allah keep them healthy and happy. Although we weren't allowed to go to the hotel, the guards' kindness is incredible.4,6/522 Mei 2023

Overall, it's a nice place to stay. Recommended. The location of this place is it's best feature. Within walking distance of my alarm road and liberty market. The hotel room was adequate. There were also drink bottles and coffee available. The bathrobe and washroom amenities were also available. The air conditioning in the room performed well. However, the air conditioning control panel was positioned far from the bed, which caused some inconvenience. The breakfast had decent variety and was fresh. The quality was excellent. However, it must be expanded and should include sausages. The salad bar section needs some improvement. The tea wasn't available in the main dining area, so we had to ask about it.4,4/514 Mei 2023

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Pakistan. Stylish interior, very clean, and close to the liberty market. The price is worth it. I've stayed here many times and everything was excellent. The room I stayed in was spacious. Good lightning system. Big and comfortable bed. Nice and clean bathroom with massage bathtub. I stayed for one night, a very bad experience, the room is large but not good. Drawers and cupboards are broken, channels are not clear, wifi is not working, bathroom is old. I used one bottle of water from the minibar but the staff member charged me two bottles I explained to reception we only used 1 but he said no you used 2. I spent four nights there in two rooms with a family. Positives and negatives can be found here. Positives are excellent, hard-working employees. Located in the middle of Lahore, close to ancient towns. Excellent generally stable wifi. Average hygiene. Needs a lot of improvement. The breakfast is depressing and less than usual. There is hot water available with terrible tortured shower mixers in both rooms. If you have a disability of any kind, you are stuck in your room because the elevator cannot operate while the power is out. Your electronic devices need to be connected to a sufficient supply. The hotel is fairly basic, and they truly need to greatly improve in order to remain competitive. Because the country's tourism is booming, other superior hotels will deprive them of all of their revenue.
