I just got back from a 4 day and 3 night stay at Hotel Ester. This hotel has a great location and this place is very well situated. They also organize my excursions and transfers to and from the airport as soon as I ask.

We were given the very good room in the attic. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were all good. The only problem we had was that we did not have hot water. In January, we had hardly any hot showers for two days. The crack gets cold in the winter, so it wasnt ideal. When we complained, they told us that the issue had been resolved, but they didnt. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves. It was conveniently located, and we could easily walk around the city.

We took a 3-night couples trip. Possibly one of the greatest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were amazing, the friendliest and most helpful I've ever seen. There was always a grin on the face and the level of service was outstanding. In summary, the location is excellent for the old city Jewish quarter. Check-in was smooth and efficient, pleasant. Alicia was an amazing room with a grand deluxe river view, modern, clean, and a great bed. The bar had a great atmosphere and I was very pleased to spend some time here. Breakfast is the best I've ever had. We all agreed that this hotel is perfect in every aspect and that the staff is a true credit to the Sheratons Group.

Be aware that you check in at the nearby Hotel Electro. Its actually just a short distance away, and when I got there, they gave me clear directions on where to go to my accommodation. I arrived early, and the hotel was happy to store my luggage until checkin. At first glance, the front gate entry is scuffy, but this is quite common in lovely venues in Poland hidden within a natural roughness. When I opened the door, I noticed the room was quite large with a high ceiling. The kitchen area is at the bottom of the room and has your beds. There is no air conditioning, but a standup fan is available, which worked excellently. The bathroom was spotless. Within a minute, you are at the barbican, the beginning of the old town area. excellent location.

Great for couples who are not frank enough to be buddies. Excellent motel, a 15-minute stroll from the main square. All the necessities are present in the rooms. There are plenty of standard european plug sockets. There is a mini fridge where you can purchase kettle coffee, tea, and bottled water. There is shampoo and shower gel and soap for the sink. No flannels. A fresh towel was delivered to the room every day, and fresh towels were delivered. Additionally, a hairdryer is provided. The lack of privacy when traveling to the bathroom was my only complaint about the large and contemporary room. Because the shower and toilet are within a glass space that isn't sealed, you have no privacy while you are sitting on the toilet, and the shower and toilet are housed in a glass chamber that is not sealed. If you use the bathroom at night, the bathroom's light illuminates the bedroom. If needed, the staff was very helpful and fluent in English. Breakfast was very adequate. Eggs, cheese, and fruits are served, plus there are cereal and milk. For someone an older like me, it is quite confusing. Some buses do not accept card payments, and the drivers do not take any payments at all, so it won't aid you. Discover local produce by doing your research. The main square and Kraken Christmas market are both within a short bus ride of the hotel. The hotel is spacious, the rooms are nice and spacious, the bathroom is nice and the bed was good. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who are very helpful and well-mannered. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food and drinks and very affordable. If you want to visit Kraken, I highly recommend the novel hotel.

Our first impression at entering this apartment building led us to question our choice, but when we got to our room, those doubts were completely cleared. This apartment is conveniently located in 2 12 blocks from the main square, about the same from the barbarian krakowski and about a 29 minute walk to the train or bus station. There is a convenience shop next to the milk bar, and just around the corner. The building is quite secure. You will receive a code for the first entry, as well as a key fob in a lock box at the main door of the rooms, which is self-check-in. We booked the shuttle service they offered for a fee of 99 pounds. Our driver brought us to the apartment while he was waiting at the airport and assisted us with our bags. If you have time, this milk bar is a must-do. Milk bars have been around Kraken for about 100 years and have been places for workers to eat. extremely ethnic and reasonably priced. There is also a convenience store next to the milk bar. We have never met in person but we were very friendly and helpful in getting and delivering tickets that we had prepurchased online in advance or anything else we required. The drawback. This building lacks a functioning elevator, and the apartments are on the first level. We are in decent shape seniors, and the one or two trips up and down each day

I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. This place has a lot of welcoming, helpful and professional employees. There are rooms very spacious. The rooms style is really cozy with lots of beautiful blue details. Everything at this hotel is delicious. The spa treatments are excellent. This is one of the most welcoming hotels I have ever visited.

We found it to be excellent value for the money, and will definitely return. We chose the bus hotel in Kraken because of our experience. All aspects of the Fiesta are of good quality. There are a variety of food and a delicious selection for breakfast, and dinner. All of the staff is dressed nicely, and the service is good. We are in a very comfortable and spacious bedroom with a 36-inch screen. As required, there is a bathtub and shower. The top floor pool, sauna, and steam room offer a lovely panorama of the surrounding countryside. If you want to use the complimentary boat trip near the river, this hotel is close to the river.

From October 1, 2022, we were delighted to host at the grand ascot hotel in Kraken our conference on ethics and communication for the judicial sector in Ukraine. When the conference was already being prepared, communication with the hotel team went without a hitch and was quite enjoyable. The hotel's staff's team was quick in responding to our requests and was able to accommodate many of our requirements. It was essential for our conference to have both a large conference room with translation and presentation equipment and rooms available for the attendees to stay. The hotel staff and the sales and events department's team were both very professional in meeting all of our requirements and in doing so, achieving a high level of quality and cost, which is essential for public entities. Our event was a huge success overall thanks to the hotel staff and the sales and events department's support. The hotel's accommodations, rooms, and conference rooms were all excellent, professional, and pleasant during our stay, despite the fact that the topics were sensitive and that the participants were from Ukraine at the time of war. The fact that the conference room was in a separate building but was connected to the hotel via the first floor was a significant plus. Both lunch and dinner buffets were offered at our conference. Both the kitchen and the eatery's employees were really competent and attended to all of our requirements and demands.Throughout the day, the cuisine was excellent and varied.

The location of hotel is convenient and has a few good restaurants nearby and not too far from the city center. Parking is also not a problem. Maybe a few improvements might make the hotel add crispy bacon to the breakfast. The restaurant here is good but the recent degradation of the burgers compared to the new city center is bad. On a few rooms, a big led screen is blocked by a lamp. Plus, it would be nice to have castingsmart function on the screen, so that I don't have to watch Netflix at night on a tablet because I have this big led in the room.

I stay here for 2 nights on a work trip and I'm glad I did because the check-in process was quick. I love the breakfast with so many options and delicious. The bed was comfortable the room was the right size and looks brand new otherwise very clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I must certainly recommend Dom Dom Mater. It's a very peaceful and pleasant choice in kraken. The room was very clean, the staff was very kind, polite, and always ready to serve with a smile. The rooms are en suite, and several apartments are also available. I organized a series of meetings for various sizes groups, including two banquets that were exquisitely made and it was simple and straightforward to work with the management staff, alexander Pawowski, and the staff. The staff is genuinely exceptional. Every request was made to make our stay enjoyable, enjoyable, and successful. There was one large meal and one small meal each day, with a nice selection. Every morning, a large breakfast buffet greeted us. The facility is maintained very well, very clean, well maintained, and even a lovely green space outside for a quick stroll. Tram and bus connections to the center of kraken and the station are very easy. The entire complex had a strong WiFi connection that was excellent and reliable. Thank you to the outstanding staff for making our stay so enjoyable, easy, and relaxing.

Overall, an enjoyable stay and would recommend. Just returned from a week-long stay at this charming boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and contemporary. Tea and coffee, a hairdryer, and a fridge are all inside the room. There is no safe, but valuables can be safely stored at reception. If you value privacy, you may find the bathroom's glass panels separating the rooms unusual, though they are frosted panels. We stayed in an attic room with only a skylight, and as tall as 6 2 tall, the slope of the roof line was a little restricting. We checked with reception to see if we could switch rooms, but unfortunately, they were full. It did not distort our enjoyment of our stay at the hotel, which offered a buffet breakfast, cold meats, cheese, cereals, juice, and a selection of hot food that wasn't suitable for everyone, but we always found something to eat. There is a very intriguing neighborhood market across the street, which is worth a look. Because there isn't much food available around the hotel area, it's a good 15-minute walk to the main square, which you'd have to stroll toward to eat etc. There are trams running past the hotel until the square. I stumbled upon this room by chance and was quite pleasantly surprised. It is modern and cozy with the charm of a quaint country house. It is clean, everything appears to have been updated, the grounds are beautiful, and the environment was peaceful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the employees were very helpful.
