The hotel is large and pleasant, it is disappointing that it has a little outdated aesthetic, as I believed it to be a somewhat contemporary hotel. Yet, a dining room and a bar area looked tired and not very comfortable, so I thought the potential for a truly lovely restaurant mountain style would be better. Our lovely room, which was on the fifth level and consisted of two rooms, which we really liked as a family of four, was ideal for our group, however, the rest of our party was sleeping in a room that looked old. I would never visit that those two rooms were in the same structure if I didn't know any different. We spent four nights, and not a single night was spent cleaning our room! We needed fresh towels, so I requested room service twice. We had to use ours because the bathroom became flooded when taking a shower, we were assured that it would happen, but as it was already rp by, I thought it was rather disappointing. I spent a lot of money for our room, and I hoped for a little better service. I had to locate a cleaner in the corridor and ask for towels and water. We were served room service the second day, merely throwing our duvets onto the bed folded in half, and changing bins, that was it, not room service at all! Apart from that, I was pleased with the

This hotel is located in the heart of Szczyrk but there aren't enough parking spaces. The hotel is located on a long but narrow area, which makes the structure quite distinctive and difficult to navigate inside. The hotel has some modest sporting amenities, including an open-air swimming pool that is located further up the slope, but we didn't utilize them. On the second floor, we have a family room. We had the impression that those cable cars were entering our room through the windows because they were very close to the year-round cable car open, not just for skiers. Breakfast is served in the front lobby and the room is bigger than expected, and the food is delicious. We had a great time while staying there.

I'm told that electricity in Poland must be expensive. When we were sitting in the sofas, we asked for lights, but the receptionist gutted and rolled her eyes. There was no wine in the bar! Pepsi was pyjamas, no service after 10 pm, and we always saw a single person on duty at a time, and the older employees didn't speak any English. Night employees were on shifts. Wi-Fi is slow. On the plus side, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and serves delicious breakfast.

Visited once, and the place is good but I still find the place to be boring. The hotel design is good but the towels and cosmetics are not exactly nice. The breakfast buffet is also limited.

Overall, a good experience. Checking in and out was simple. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The room is small but clean. The bathroom has a nice and clean shower. The breakfast was good. The pillows are too small and not very comfortable. Grey and hard towels.

This hotel is my second experience visiting this area. The hotel has been completely renovated in a more peaceful style while staying nearby. At the back of the restaurant, the hotel was exceptionally peaceful, so all of the rooms are excellent. By chance, I was recommended to this hotel because my booked hotel was another 50 in the morning. The hotel is only a short distance from Katowice airport and has been lovingly restored to honor the past. The first floor of the reception hall has lovely restored stairs that ascend to the upper floor. The rooms are quite cozy, have controllable radiators, and are furnished to complement the ancient architecture while being entirely functional. In the bathroom, there is lovely tile again to complement the style, with a decent-sized shower with soaps and shower gel. There is free water in the room, a nice touch, wifi in the reception area, and broadband in every room at a very good speed. Because I had been wined and dined earlier, I chose not to take this time because the hotel's location and the time of year, which probably contributed to the hotel's remarkable tranquility. Even though the lady made scrambled eggs to request, the basic breakfast was supplied. It's a pleasure to see the fully renovated restaurant next door, which is beautifully maintained by its rustic design and stunning interior design. In february, I spent a few days in this hotel and it has been a great pleasure! The hotel is close to the ski lift, which is very useful during the winter and has now a modern indoor pool. The staff was also very nice and helpful, just a quick recommendation.

I really want to come back to this place, besides that the lobby is still very clean and tidy with hot water and clean sheets. They have a buffet breakfast and dinner with yummy menu. The cover was broken at this time, but the staff worked really hard and were very kind. I also was glad they accommodated my special request. We have a problem with the reception desk, but the receptionist sent the staff from the engineering department right away to fix the problem. Please come back again.
