The positive things here are the friendliness and helpfulness offered by the employees at the hotel, especially for the sporty tourists and the cozy vibe. There are some nice bike roads. The room also had a balcony, and the breakfast menu was limited. Plus, the location was close to the train station.

We adored the donostia and the midair hotel. The hotel and our room were both modern and quite comfortable. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location was ideal, and the cuisine was excellent. Why choose a place else? Parking is available at the front door rather than in the town center and a 20-minute scenic walk to and from the old town.

I'd love to come back! I was celebrating a special occasion, and marco and the midair motel crew made it so special for us. We were upgraded to a lovely room with a large balcony and a mountain view. The hotel is small and charming, very clean, modern, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a nice shower, blackout electrical curtains, friendly staff, and very close to the city center and all beaches. Thank you marco for making it special for us.

My wife and I spent one night here in the air. Charlotte, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was everyone else on her team. The hotel is tidy and incredibly comfortable. Ideal for larger vehicles with its outside parking space and accessibility on a major exit road from San Sebastian, the room was tidy and had an excellent shower system. Charlotte also served us breakfast which was a very full and balanced meal. We would love to return and recommend a stay here to anyone looking to visit San Sebastian easily short walk or beaches as well.

I have a very pleasant experience. On the last weekend, from Monday to Monday, we stayed at this hotel. The staff was always welcoming and efficient, and the hotel is extremely clean. We always had an excellent breakfast with pleasant and lovely staff serving us. One evening, we had a wonderful dinner that was so reasonably priced. Would without a doubt stay here again. We didn't really use our cars while we were there, so we were very happy that there was no extra parking available on-site. We are very grateful for the free parking available here because the situation was great for walking into town. Although we didn't really use our car during our stay, we were extremely pleased that there wasn't a coffee maker in our room for coffee in the morning. We appreciate all the staff for making our stay enjoyable.
