The condition of the room is poor. It was very hard to use the computer. The room was not cleaned. There is another room that has been assigned to us. The location is good but the parking is expensive.

This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. The decor gets very old. The furniture in the room needs to be replaced. The bed was fantastic. Although the pool looked nice, the hot tub had vomit and had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. There should have been a sign indicating that the hot tub was closed.

I have been staying at this hotel for over a decade. It was absolutely enjoyable overall. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I didn't have time to eat, but the coffee was delicious. I will be back and staying next year!.

Even though it's an older room, it's not too bad. It smells like cinnamon. The small bed was across the room from the bed in an odd arrangement. The only real flat surface is a tiny desk, and there was a lot of wasted space. A coffee maker and ice bucket were next to the toilet. Very seriously. Turn the closet into a coffee bar. Build a closet next to the window. Right. Maybe turn the bed and move it to across from it. Besides that, add some plugs while you're at it. The bathroom was dark, and the shower felt like a cave. The bed was comfy. Ish. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was average. One star for the room arrangement, three stars for everything else. I would give it two, five stars, but I would go up to three.

Last weekend, I took a quick trip to Sly and had a fantastic time at this residence inn. Nearly a short walk to the city center. Luckily, the staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explain everything and make you feel welcome. He immediately recognized our award and gave us more special attention. Just wish the hotel could put in a small night light in the bathroom.

The good service provided was good. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with a delicious breakfast. Ill stay here again. Location is great, it's close to the interstate, and I've walked to the adjacent shopping center for dinner.

My family stayed in this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was cooked well every day we were there. Our room was clean with the exception of a random black socks in the corner of the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Overall, our stay was excellent. The question is would we return to stay at this hotel? Most likely no because it's far from most of the activities we do in Salt Lake City.

If you are visiting Salt Lake City or even if youre a local, make a reservation at this hidden gem, have some delicious tea, and ask Supawadee. Ive traveled extensively and have enjoyed afternoon tea. When I was planning my visit to Salt Lake City, I was really excited to find that the giant American hotel offered proper afternoon tea. Supawadee, our server, is exceptional, and I cannot express how fantastic she was. She was extremely thorough in explaining each tea and offered several excellent recommendations. She had excellent customer service, so it was not surprising that she was celebrating her fiveyear anniversary. Excellent hospitality and customer service are dying art, but supawadee makes your afternoon tea truly memorable.

The employee here was so responsive and helpful. Plus, the room service here was so efficient and fast. Plus, the gym area size was so large. Plus, the bathroom color was very bad, and the toilet had so many splatters. Plus, the breakfast service was so worth it with the fast check-in and check-out. Plus, the room service was so responsive too, especially with the huge room.

A good place to sleep before flying out. They also provided a nice selection of treats. The shower was strong. At some points the facilities seem to be in need of renovation. The bathroom layout was nice but old. Parking was limited.

Every single detail in this hotel is perfect! It is amazingly decorated, has incredible views, comfortable rooms, and many more! We enjoyed the spa, high tea, live entertainment including pianists and harp players, beautifully created cocktails, beautifully painted window displays for the holidays, artistic christmas trees, and a giant gingerbread house display! There is something for everyone in this lovely landmark, and Sunday Jazz Brunch is not to be missed! The majority of the ski resorts in the area are a 40-minute drive away, so it is worth staying here! Every employee is a helpful and happy extension of this unique property, my new all-time favorite!.

There were many minor problems that made it not worth the money or stop. For example, at the check there was no clerk, and we had to wait 10 minutes for one to arrive. After that, the room we got was large and wellfurnished but not clean. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher, and there was moldy food in the cupboard. The beds were comfortable and the couch and desk were useful, the bathroom was spacious and bright and clean, however, I had a shower in the evening and it was fine, but my parents took morning showers and only had cold water. The setting for this hotel is nice. Quiet, near a park and easy access to the 15 and restaurants and shops. But they need to fix the basics before I think of staying here again.

I was satisfied by the friendliness of the hotel staff. They were kindly accommodating our request for a late checkout. The next morning, we also had a clean room and breakfast. The airport shuttle service is free of charge.

This hotel is highly recommended. The staff is very kind, the room is tidy and clean, the hot tub is relaxing, and the breakfast is great. They have good sausage gravy with biscuits, scrambled eggs with cheese, and tasty blueberry waffles.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the shuttle service was efficient, but the employee was what made this hotel a five-star hotel. My husband and I both agreed that the staff at this hotel were the best we have ever met. They went above and beyond, were super friendly, never cranky or short tempered, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!
