We will definitely consider staying here again in the future if we return to Cha am. We spent three nights at Cha Am during our initial stay. We really enjoyed our quiet ith floor room, but we would have preferred to be even higher, and while still enjoying a wonderful view over the sea, we awoke to the fact that everything in the room worked fine, including the air conditioning, wifi, and refrigerator bed. While the bathroom could have used a little more extensive cleaning and modernized shower fixtures, it's important to note that most hotels often encounter this. The location is excellent, only 100 meters from the beach and plenty of restaurants. I used the rooftop pool a few times, but I was informed that I must go directly down to reception on the ground floor to get pool towels before returning all the way back up to the rooftop pool, which was quite bizarre. The fact that I just returned to the room and didn't use the pool at all was another bizarre part.

Outstanding service provided by the employees as you would expect in Thailand. Lovely swimming pool area. The room is immaculate and has a comfortable bed. The bathroom has a decent shower. Excellent breakfast buffet. The absence of a variety of foods in the evening was the main drawback. The on-site bistro appeared to close quite early. However, the pool and swimming room options were excellent.

This hotel has a very nice looking and well maintained hotel. It was designed with very friendly staff and clean rooms. There was a little breakfast that was no buffet at all, only 3 options, which was not great. The view from the location was spectacular.

The location is strategic and close to the beach. The grounds are very beautiful with a pool, a gym, a massage parlor, a great restaurant and bars. The service staff was very helpful and friendly in every area.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The price is worth it especially for breakfast. Very pleasant place to relax and sit under the trees after walking around. The distance from the beach is 200 meters. There are other nice restaurants close to the place such as Divines which are 300 meters distant.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman untuk beristirahat. Kamar luas dan nyaman, kamar mandi besar dengan pengering rambut dan setrika. Restoran menyajikan makanan yang cukup enak dan bervariasi. Pantai yang indah. Ingin berlama-lama di kamar. Untuk bersantai di sini.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I thought it would be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was unmatched. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast had so many options and quality. Dinners for Italian food were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. I would love and have to return for a longer stay.

Kami sekeluarga menginap dari tanggal 19 Juli, hotelnya cukup menyenangkan buat keluarga, sarapan pagi yang cukup bervariasi dan enak sesuai hotel bintang 4, pelayanan staf yang sangat memuaskan, dengan ini kami sangat puas. Tapi sayangnya hotel ini tidak saya sarankan untuk turis asing karena letak hotel yang sangat jauh dari pusat kota dan hiburan baik siang maupun malam. Hotel menyediakan transportasi, tetapi dengan harga yang agak mahal bila membawa rombongan keluarga pulang pergi bisa menghabiskan kurang hrdnya 100 bath. Jadi kalau menginap lama di sini hanya akan sering menikmati suasana di dalam hotel dan pastinya sangat membosankan. Pantai di belakang hotel sangat kotor dan banyak karang yang tajam. Sangat berbahaya buat mainmain atau berenang, air laut cukup keruh sehingga tidak menampar banyak ranjau karang. Karena saya sendiri mengalaminya. Baru mau mulai berenang kaki sudah cedera menginjak karang yang tumpul, terjatuh, dan tangan ikut terluka kena karang yang sangat tajam sekali. Sehingga mengeluarkan darah yang sangat banyak. Akhirnya untuk berenang di kolam hotelmu sudah tidak bisa. Jadi kesimpulan saya, permainan pantai di kota hua hin sangat mengecewakan karena pantai hanya ada di belakang saja. Tetapi untuk bersantai dari jauh keramaian dan sarapan pagi lezat cocok untuk menginap di sini.

The selection in the breakfast buffet was so varied. Although the bistro on-site appeared to be closing pretty early, we had a nice swimming pool and swim-up room option. The place was very neat and had a big bed. The bathroom was clean with a decent shower.

Beautiful, peaceful, and roomy property. Had a friend's wedding here that was being held, and everything went smoothly and well. The staff was pleasant and helpful during all activities. The only thing I wish was that buggy services could be easily transported to various locations across this property because you can experience the heat and sun during the day with the exception of mosquitoes 247. The pillows are also too soft, with a heavy blanket making you feel extremely hot while sleeping even with the air conditioning cooling. However, everything else was excellent!.

We are staying at the regent next door and came here for dinner after passing by on the beach. It's a lovely setting and the food was delicious. a wide selection and big portions, and inexpensive. Sadly we were the only people there the whole night. They deserve to be much more popular.

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, it provides excellent value for the money. This is a very lovely hotel with stunningly spacious rooms, beautifully furnished and all of them have a large balcony that faces the sea. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has limited choices but sufficient. I had stayed here two years before and thought the hotel had now done some upkeep, in particular, the amazing pool had cracked and broken tiles, and in some areas the edges appeared a touch green. Maybe the hotel had just reopened following the lockdown? Although there are a few restaurants nearby as well as a 711.

The pool is lovely, but it does tend to be shaded around 30 so it's nice to relax. We were initially worried because there were no updated reviews, but that wasn't an issue! The hotel is in the quiet end of the charm that suited us, but just a 30-minute walk from the busier end. The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff is helpful and friendly and will do everything in their power to help you. The room is lovely and spacious, the air conditioning works fine, a nice walk-in shower, and a balcony with a view of the sea and pool with rocking chairs. Like other reviews said, the only downside is the limited selection of breakfast, but what they offer is more than adequate for most people, just don't expect an all-you-can-eat buffet that burns your belly!
