We stayed here because it seemed like a good deal compared to staying in downtown Tokyo. For the most part, it was. The single rooms are very small, but the average traveler should have no issues with it. Although I don't like the gadget they use in lieu of a proper hot water kettle a metal cup with a hot plate built into the desk, not ideal for clumsy people, the room is otherwise reasonably equipped, and if you're willing to pay, you can put some foreign films on to. The restroom is also wellequipped, with shower, towels, etc., though the washlet controls sticking out on the left side means that larger people may experience a problem with the toilet. On the grd floor, theres a laundromat, a large bath, and a sauna for men only. The hotel staff was nothing but helpful and even let me check out a little late without paying extra. However, I have no idea if their English ability was limited, so I ended up bumping against the limit of my Japanese abilities. Overall, Id say this is a great deal for a single traveler or even a couple. However, no more than that, and definitely no children. But a note for breakfast, if it is included in the room rate, go for it. But don't pay extra because it's more

The room was nice, clean and situated near the station. The employee here was so helpful. For the breakfast, the only thing I disliked was the size. Plus, the buffet size was not large because of the curd.

I only stayed for one night so I can visit it taka. I am satisfied and really happy. The location is good, only a few minutes walk from Hachioji station. Small but clean. I have no problems.

It's okay because the service is helpful and the staff can speak English well. But the heater and air conditioner were broken and I couldn't control the temperature of the room. The situation was close to the station and the hotel is clean and comfortable, but the room was not very comfortable. This place is noisy because it has a window but it is very bad. I will stay again and this place is good in my opinion.

This place is in the ideal location. The breakfast in this place is ok as I was eating Japanese style food. Also, the hotel is only 15 minutes from Keto Station. We tried to get a room facing the west, otherwise the sunlight wakes us up.

Very typical Japan business hotel with a good price. Very good location 1-minute walk to kedo hachioji station and less than 10 minutes to roku-hachioji station. Nearby restaurants and 2 convenience stores. The room was small and basic but suitable for peaceful sleep. Breakfast was very simple but no complaints as I just needed coffee, an egg, and danish so I was ready to go.

My room, and especially the bathroom, however, was very small. There is no gym there, and when I asked about alternatives, they gave me a couple of local gyms that would charge an additional $ day. Customer service is attentive on the surface, but there is no notion of flexibility to please the customer. I asked if there was a quiet room at checkin. He said no. I asked where it was, so he took out a floor plan that was right next to the elevator. Of course, it wasnt possible to alter it. Same thing happened to my colleague who checked in separately. He asked for a higher floor because it can be quieter but was given a room on the lowest floor with rooms. The same answer when he asked if she could change. Any flexibility requests receive blank stares. I had two meals at the sushi bar on the top floor. It was good. Same for the cafe on the main floor. Also, the limousine bus to the airport runs from right outside, which is very convenient.

It's worth staying here. The hotel location is in a great location close to bus station and the Kodo Line station. The room is clean and the size is bigger than my imagination. The service from the staff was good.

The breakfast was quite simple but no complaint because I just needed coffee, eggs and Danish then I was ready. The room was small and basic but cosy enough for sleep.

We stayed here because we had planned to go to Yamanashi to visit Fuji from Lake Kawaguchi. I loved this hotel. This hotel is a bit expensive but the location is excellent. This hotel has top-notch security, comfort, and customer service, unlike all the other hotels we stayed in Japan.
