We really liked our stay. Rooms were clean, well maintained. Utilities were modern and new. Do not bring hair dryer as they have it even though it is not advertised online. Friday and Saturdays are pretty loud at downstairs clubs/pubs overnight so be ready. The Italian cafe downstairs serve good coffee. I used Bex Hotel’s gym which was small but did the job. Hotel’s rooftop was excellent with harbour view.

Bra och fräsch lägenhet, verkar relativt ny, välstädad då vi anländer, duschen tenderar dock till att samla på sig ofräschhet i nederkant. Vänligt bemötande av de flesta i reception samt övrig personal. En kvinna i receptionen hade dock behövt gå en kurs i trevligt bemötande.

On first impression, the Hotel & Apartment was an absolute 5 star. There were a few simple things that could have been checked within the apartment to make it the best. 1. The bathroom door lock did not function, this was a little awkward for us & our friends. 2. The Bathroom mixer tap requires attention. It was wobbly and needed 2 hands to operate. A simply tightening under the sink by their technician. 3. The previous visitor to our room had lots of long black hair. This was obvious as there was a mass in in the bedroom and hairs were also noticed in the shower area. 4. The 1st night the boiler was exceptionally noisy. The next morning after our showers, the boiler died. It was reported to reception and was fixed by our return. Probably a boiler reset but the noise was still apparent the next night. 5. Many of the cupboard doors dragged on the floor. Again something simply fixed. 6. There is only ONE mirror in the whole of the 2 bedroom apartment. It's in the bathroom. Nothing in the bedrooms. 7. I was very surprised there was no safe in the apartment but it is not stated on the website. The roof terrace, bar and glass walkways are amazing. The inventory of the apartment is also, washer, dryer, dishwasher, air con, fridge/freezer are 100% but more attention is required on the smaller things.

Nice apparment close to everything, 10min walk to the beach. Very tidy and nice condition of the appartment. Breakfast available in the BEX hotel on the otherside of the road. Will come back for sure!

The apartment was really nice, had all the amenities needed. The bed was absolutely amazing, sturdy memory foam mattress and pillow too. There was also metal shutters which when closed blocked all the light out. We slept so well!!! We did have an issue with a couple of the doors where the brackets were coming off but they fixed them really quickly. As the hotel is right in the centre of the main town and next to a busy one way street it was a bit noisy, even with the shutters but it didn’t really disturb us tbh. The beach is walking distance and there are loads of supermarkets close by, and the harbour where the cruise ships come in is again walking distance to have a look. One thing which was difficult was parking on our first arrival. We turned up around 4pm and the traffic was chaotic, many one way streets and no parking anywhere! We opted to park in a multi storey closest to the apartment above a casino which was a great choice as there was a deal for residents to park there during their stay. Still had to pay but great to know where we could go without any stress. The only problem we had was on arrival where we were not informed of how to check in. There is a Bex Hotel across the main road which is part of the same company. You have to go to reception to check in there. If only this had been advised to us before arriving as well as the parking as we couldn’t have faulted anything else. Recommended!

Debo destacar la atención de todo el personal, a ellos les doy 1000 puntos porque atendieron todas nuestras peticiones y resolvieron los pequeños percances que tuvimos, siempre con un trato sublime! En cuanto al apartamento, tie e todo lo necesario para la estancia y un poco más (como jabón para los platos y esponja, jabón para lavar la ropa, etc). A pesar de que está en una zona bastante movida, no es ruidoso incluso en las noches. El único contra, es que sugiero renovar las juntas de la ducha, pues tienen aspecto sucio a pesar de no estarlo. Sin duda repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a la isla y recomendaremos a familiares y amigos.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Wünschenswert wäre eine Aufsicht der Reinigung und Prüfung der Basics wie Löffel oder die Funktionsfähigkeit der Geräte. (Der Toaster zum Beispiel verursachte einen Stromausfall als ich mir einen Toast machen wollte) Im allgemeinen waren wir aber alle zufrieden.

Vi är en familj av 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Lägenheten kunde inte vara mer bekväm än så. Två stora sovrum, två badrum, två smart tv en i vardagsrummet och en i sovrummet. I köket finns allt som man behöver, vattenkokare, kaffemaskin, brödrost, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Jag rekommenderar detta boende starkt!

Die Bex Holiday Homes sind wirklich ein Traum. Neu renoviert. Großer Wohn-/Essbereich mit ausziehbarer Coach, vielen Schrankmöglichkeiten, einer guten Küche und Essgelegenheit. Die Küche war etwas dürftig ausgestattet, aber es reicht für kleine Gerichte und ansonsten muss man sich das ein oder andere kaufen. Großer Kühlschrank, Backofen und Spülmaschine. Außerdem gab es eine Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sauber und neu mit Abzug. Auch das Schlafzimmer war sauber mit einem großen Bett, zweiten TV (wenn man diesen braucht, dann top) und einem großen Schrank. Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Zu Fuß kann man sich gut zum Strand und zur Stadt bewegen. Das Parkhaus konnten wir für einen vernünftigen Preis dazubuchen. Frühstück im Bex Hotel auch super zufrieden. Wir können es nur empfehlen und waren rundum zufrieden! Danke!

Das Apartment ist komplett neu und sehr hochwertig Ausgestattet. Alles war sauber nur die Küche könnte besser Ausgestattet sein. Man ist mittem im Stadtzentrum, da die Schlafzimmer jedoch zum Innenhof liegen kann man dennoch sehr gut schlafen.
