The maximum number of guests is 5 people.

- Please allow us to take a photo of your passport, Thai laws state that all properties in Thailand that have non-Thai nationals MUST register foreigners with the immigration (a violator will be fined 1700 Thai Baht by the immigration police).

- Please carry driving licence and motorbike licence, if you would like to rent a vehicle. Without a motorbike licence, you cannot rent our scooters.
- Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am
- Do not use the apartment for any illegal activity.
- The fee for the lost key will be 100 baht/apartment key

- Do not turn on air conditioners all-day.
- Unplug or turn off (lights, air conditioning, television and others) when you are not using or go outside.
- You MUST close the doors and the windows when turning on an air conditioning.
- Please turn on an air conditioning at the temperature between 22-25°C
If you turn on below 22°C, the water can leak from the AC it would not be comfortable for you to stay.

- Follow instructions of using our cookware and kitchenware. If you damage our pot/pan/rice cooker, we will charge you 1000 baht per each pot/pan/rice cooker.
- Do not throw tissue paper, feminine hygiene and others into the toilet, use the bin instead. If a toilet is clogged, you have to use a plunger to plumb by yourself or pay 1000 baht to our housekeepers to plumb.
- Do not put any food scraps/grease/oil/trash down the sink drain, in order to prevent the clog.

- We do not offer a daily cleaning service, please request at least 1 day before.
- Do not leave trash bags on the hallway, please put it in the bin.
- Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.
- Please check your belongings before you leave. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your belongings.

For the gym and pool, please follow juristic condominium's rules. Rules are on the board at the gym/pool.
