In the recent years, we have stayed at this hotel several times. The restaurant, which is always good, has received a Michelin star. We also liked the beach restaurant, which is only open in july and August, I believe. The rooms have stunning views. Staff is also very kind. The rate is not cheap, but it's a beautiful hotel.

The staff, view, and magical restaurant take precedence over some discomfort. I'd return to this hotel. I want to see this hotel fulfil it's full potential because it has so many advantages. The room itself was very comfortable, and nearly all of my complaints about other French hotels were resolved here. The restroom has excellent lighting, a great rainwater shower, extremely comfortable mattresses, ample storage space, two Englishlanguage news channels bbd, and two englishlanguage news channels can. The only design improvement that would be helpful would be the addition of a rubber gasket under the moveable glass shower door. The current design means there will always be water splashing out of the shower. The staff is incredibly polite, considerate, and alert. We didn't want to insult anyone, but we enjoyed gregory who showed a personal interest in us as guests. Two problems, one that can be fixed, the other I'm not sure. Using your restaurant for three levels of service for dinner, lunch, and breakfast is an unusual solution. The michelin star restaurant is exceptional at night and well worth the steep prices. We didn't go to lunch. Breakfast was adequate but a mix of premium and standard products. The most annoying aspect is the extremely awkward flow where the guests must use the buffet. We do not like buffets, but we are aware of their inevitable occurrences. However,

The owner was a very mean spirited individual, but I would describe him as that. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel. On the advice of the tourist information office in Le Castellan, my colleague and I reserved this hotel. On January 17, we arrived at 17:45. The proprietor had been away on a skiing trip for two weeks and had only just returned. The rooms were chilly, and the walls, floors, and other areas were all chilly. The room's temperature was only 5 degrees outside, so it was also 5 degrees inside, but the owner's accommodations were fine because he is in the main building, which is completely separate from the guest building. Lucky him. Even the rooms were warm, you need to be ready for the fact that everything else in the rooms is bad and cheap. Shortly before we arrived, the owner switched on the heat, but after two hours, even though we still had our winter jackets on, the rooms were still very cold. We refused because we could not take the risk of trying to sleep in icy conditioned rooms. The room size is small but with all necessary amenities, so it's okay. The hotel is quiet, and the prices are very good. Breakfast was excellent, the location is great, close to the highway. Nevertheless, the sign is small so it is hard to find. But for the price, what I got was a wonderful deal!

This is terrible customer service! The hotel delivers on its promise on a location, with a beautiful affinity pool overlooking a beautiful bay and a public beach. Quality of room and bathroom clean, well maintained. Great but cold service Great bar and cold front desk staff Prices are high, which come with the hotel rating, I assume. My worst surprise was when we checked out and had our car delivered by the valet, realizing it had deep scratches on the front small but visible. I called the hotel to report this incident and was promised that someone would call me back. But no one did. When I asked if I should give her my phone number, the person I spoke to didn't seem to care about the situation.

We will return!. Unexpected little gem. Olivier, the hostess, was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Although we do try to speak excellent French, we don't! He, as British people, arrogantly expect everyone to speak English, didn't make us feel bad! For our three-night visit, the room was spotless and well-kept. The air conditioning was really effective. The setting was charming. Despite the fact that you do require a vehicle, the area's proximity to the charming come d'azur makes it lovely to have a quiet place to return to, with the cool scent of pine trees! After the heat of the coast. The paul richard circuit and the le castellan locale's delights are both close by.

The lighting was fantastic with controls right above your head. It takes a little effort to find, but it wasn't very challenging. You just have to pay attention. Well worth it, and I'll do it again in a minute. Our experience in low-cost motels as American is subpar. I saw this on hotels. Com and wanted to try it out. My French partner said he used to live there as a kid and they were great, so I wanted to try them out. It was incredibly modern, clean, with great air conditioning, no noise at all, a fantastic shower, very comfortable mattresses, and strong wifi, and everything in that room was brand new. It almost had this futuristic vibe like maybe a twilight zone thing.

Ive seen many positive and negative evaluations of this hotel, but Ill be transparent and thorough. The entire staff, including the cleaners, treated us with the most great attention. This hotel is a part of a shopping mall, and people will say nonot for me, but Ill tell all of the ladies that, I am a shopping dream while the guys are watching the French naval boats in the harbor. There are 86 fountains dotted around, a street market with more shops, and bakeries selling fresh produce at affordable costs Near the hotel, is the old town of Can, with 86 fountains scattered about, a street market, and bakeries with delicious meals at very reasonable prices. Both morning and evening, the town is safe. Go to the tourist office and they charge 10 euros for 10 trips, this ticket will take you on buses and boats yes, boats a secret to be told, go to the marina and the next town hall is the blue boats. For those who like a cup of tea pack a kettle and teabags, and the supermarket is only 600 metres away. It might not be your answer if you want peace and quiet, and isolation, but many people will tick all the boxes, i. There is a laundry in the city, a train and bus station, and you can go to Marrselie or good approximately an hour away.

We stayed here for one night on our way through. The location is quite in the city center but the town centre itself is not very nice. Parking is just underneath the hotel and there is direct access to the hotel from parking but somehow they have no partnership so you pay the regular price. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Wifi did not work for us so can't comment on that. Very few options for breakfast but I'm not sure if this is due to Couid or not. The room was spacious and clean and the quality of the bed is so. Overall not a bad stay for a night but definitely would not prefer for more than 23 days.

The rooms are basic, but the facilities are very good. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is great, especially when the temperature outside is in the frost. The breakfast is perfectly adequate.

We stayed for one night before going to Alcudia Mallorca. The location is ideal. The staff was kind and friendly. The only drawback was we could not find the parking area in Fayette. Maybe the hotel could improve their discretion.

Last week, we stayed at the hotel. Make sure the room you book has a risk of canceling prior to arrival. We requested to cancel three rooms a week in advance, exactly 7 days because of an issue within our company. The only thing we got was that the hotel tried to sell the rooms and in case they could sell them, we would receive a voucher valid until December. I have stayed in a ton of 5 star hotels around the world, but this has never happened to me. If a guest has an outstanding problem, there is no tolerance. So in essence, we had to go to avoid looking at our money. The motel's restaurant is a no-go, expensive, and the food is subpar. Service is also very slow. I advise eating somewhere else. Despite the fact that the beds were completely filled, the rooms are pleasant, the view is excellent, and the beach is nice. Despite the fact that the hotel is staying there, a family with children was not given the chance to remain and eat! At 18, we went swimming at the beach and sat on the mattresses, but the two guys on the beach were already removing them! We almost were kicked out 40 minutes before the end of the beach, which is the time the beach closes! Room service begins at the hour, which is absurd. The spa is okay but nothing noteworthy.

I really enjoyed my time in the huge, airy breakfast area. The tiny tabled train track at the front desk was a nice touch. Our year-old son played with it every morning after breakfast. The room was cleaned and cleaned daily with care. We were visiting friends and family in the castellan area Le Plan du Castellan, Can and the attractions circuit pierre richard, Porquerolle Island.

An excellent location to stay near Band and the coast, but you must have a vehicle. It's more like a motel the rooms are arranged a bit like a stable block on the terraces looking down at the old mas. But they really work, simple, clean, cool and very comfortable. Not opulent but not rustic either. The pool is well maintained, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. There is no restaurant, so you have to go out to eat. Le basset has not much of choice but if you want a place to base for racing at the Paul Richard Circuit or touring, it's perfect.

We booked here for two nights for a rugby match. It's as close as you can get to the mayor's office. A nice restaurant with character. The restaurant had a good breakfast but in a continental style. The atmosphere is different from the one in the picture. After the match, the beer was depleted, and the employees were good in English. They have a fantastic bistro near the water.

This was our first time staying at a hotel, so I was a little skeptical. But when we entered the lobby, everything was clear. The receptionist was friendly, and the receptionist was helpful.
