We had a brilliant time and Tim was amazing and so helpful as my father in law is wheelchair bound and he acomidated his needs. I would highly recommend this company. We can’t wait to go back

Flats were on North Shore which is the quieter end of the Blackpool sea front. We had a first floor flat which provided everything we needed for a couple and the bonus was a sea view. Tim the owner was very helpful and obliging. Parking at the back of the property was a huge bonus as parking when the illuminations are on in Blackpool is not always easy.

Myself and my two children spent a wonderful week in room 6. It was our first visit to Blackpool and Tim the owner of the flats couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Would definitely recommend, and I’m sure we will be back!

We stayed in apartment 2, which is on the ground floor. The apartment was immaculate and the facilities were excellent. Phone contact prior to arrival gave tim the personal touch and tim took us around on arrival. The apartment was very comfortable for a couple and we will definitely be staying again. The tram stop is right around the corner and the apartments are well situated for a nice stroll along the seafront. Free parking is a plus, and with such good transportation links we just left the car on the parking lot all weekend.

I love this place. I'm staying here for the second time. Great location, a great studio apartment flat with everything you need. Tim is the host who is wonderful and responsive. Not far from the tram stop and taxis go quickly. Free parking. Booked again for next year!.

I and my partner stayed for 1 night in Blackpool because we were going to see funny girls worth every penny on arrival. The manager tim greater us and told us all the best places to eat. His suggestions were spot on. We decided to stay another night and it was no problem. Best host. Best room. 100% recommend.

A great location with a wonderful owner, a peaceful environment, and a good price. I would stay here again if I could be deaf. It is absolutely amazing how calm and peaceful this place is. A very nice host and a very welcoming person. He acted with great communication and was very accommodating to us.

Tim was wonderful, couldn't do enough to help and gave excellent advice for places to eat. His communication was very quick. The apartment was very clean and close to the tram stop.
