This was our first time in Miami as a family of 4, with two small children, and we were beyond impressed with our apartment and the property overall! It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!) Max was a delightful host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our time at Sunny Days apartments in Miami Beach. The two-bedroom apartment was great for our family. My wife and I had a cozy room with a bathroom, and the kids had their own room too. The small kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the dining table fit us all easily. We liked that bikes were available for rent and beach chairs and umbrellas were included - we used them every day! We also appreciated the onsite parking, even if it cost extra. The location was perfect, with a grocery store just a block away. We could walk or take a short Uber ride to the beach and Ocean Drive. Overall, Sunny Days was comfy, handy, and really thought of everything. Highly recommend for a fun Miami Beach holiday!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Parking area was very small but we made it work. There was a kid constantly running above us, but it didn’t really bother us. I had a peaceful week and would do it again.

Nice apartment, a very good layout. The apartment needs a little maintenance and cleaning, the floor was scratched and dusty in the corners and a lot of musty smell inside. During the night you hear a lot of noise from the neighbors above and any noise from the street could also be heard

The apartment is in the perfect area only 7 minutes from ocean drive . Easy to get in and out if the gate. No problems with parking we parked on the street . Spacious 2 bed 2 bath but the showers are small , the shower heads need deep cleaned and updated , the living room couch needs to be thrown out honestly, the coffee pot was left dirty and the stove top needs replaced.

Perfect layout for a stopover before onboarding on our cruise. Has all the required necessities even beach chairs and towels ! The manager is very quick to respond. 10x better than a hotel room. I don't have anything negative to say. We enjoyed our stay and will return for our next cruise.

Super appartamento in location oserei dire strategica: ocean drive raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi e facilità di raggiungere downtown in pacchi a in pochi minuti. Mega supermercato a due blocchi di stanza. Comunicazione con la struttura semplice e disponibilissimi per ogni nostra richiesta.

Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla ma dalla quale in 10 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere Ocean drive e la spiaggia. Posizione molto comoda anche per arrivare a Downtown con Uber. Supermercato Publix a 2 isolati. Proprietario italiano molto disponibile e facilmente rintracciabile per qualsiasi esigenza. Appartamento pulito, più ampio di come sembra dalle foto e fornito di ogni accessorio (mancava solo un coperchio per la padella) Possibilità di cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani in caso di necessità. Consigliatissimo.
