the location is very strategic walking distance to changsha railway station metro station right in front of the hotel (forgot the name) room is spacious, everything is fine, good price. i will definitely come back stay here if i go back to changsha.

If you feel like you have a great experience, I can tell you why I suggest a hotel. From getting off the bus to the hotel, to checking in, to checking in to the room, the entire process is very good. The concierge brother is very friendly and handsome. The aunt in the guest room is really caring. Please visit again the next time you have a chance.

The service was very warm and active, especially for the front office staff. The experience was very good. The children enjoy the pet park of the hotel very much and will choose to stay there again next time.

This is my third visit here, but it won't be my last. This hotel is in a great location, close to a subway stop and many shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very kind and helpful. I want to thank Judi, who was very helpful in managing the pandemic crisis. The hotel adheres to hygiene principles and has good hygiene policies and security concerns. This is my highest recommendation.

This is a speciality at Chang's. This place has many distinctive features. The hotel offers a dated gym and a swimming pool that is almost always closed. The room temperature is also the main reason this hotel does not give 5 stars. It is simply too hot, and despite my complaints, there is no change in it. The rooms are large and comfortable and have a great view. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of different meals available. A foot massage is something you should try.

I love staying in this hotel, the room is spacious and clean. The service and continental breakfast is great, the staff are young, energetic, very courteous and helpful. Spa and massage are great. Shopping malls are on a short walk from the hotel. Will definitely recommend it to others.

Overall, it was a really nice hotel, and one I'd undoubtedly return to. I was pleasantly pleased by how cozy and contemporary my room was, which was conveniently situated with a shopping center and a small park close by. The room has the usual amenities and is roomy, with a choice of rain showers and a separate bathtub. I believe the trick is to choose a nonsmoking room, as a colleague who didn't specify ended up in the cheap wing, which smelled like smoke, was very tired, and lacks a refrigerator. The bed was really good, and the room was really clean. The breakfast buffet had a variety of international and local options, including wonderful dumplings that were well worth trying. One night, we ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and we were really pleased with the Seduan cuisine, particularly because it was nice that some less spicy options were included amidst the choices. A cakecoffee during the day and a beer at night can be purchased at a coffee shop that is dingy and smells of smoke, as there is a coffee shop that is a bit dingy and smokey. The pool was not open because it only allowed for swim from June. I was about a week early, but this wasn't a deal breaker.

Most definitely will stay here again. During my business trip to Changs, I came here and was so happy. The staff here is really helpful and tries their best to help. Room is on the ground floor with a great view and has all the facilities provided.

Pleasant stay at the hotel, which is located beside the Mexican lake and walking distance to a mall and a couple of good restaurants. The staff is very nice and I was welcomed by is. Rachel at the front desk right after I arrived. Is. Molly Zhu is also very helpful and the small problem I encountered was solved immediately. Good response ability. I also got great help from is. Cindy Li of housekeeping and the sanitary condition of the room is far beyond expectations. No doubt my friends and I will definitely come back for another great stay.

I stayed at this luxury boutique hotel recommended by a friend. The hotel is very nice and looks quite new. The front desk upgraded the lake view room which has a great view, thank you all for your service!.
