The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you'd expect from a hotel in a big city. Nighttime noises were heard, but nothing really annoys anybody. The hotel is clearly not aimed at non-Spanish speakers because none of the staff spoke or attempted to speak English at all. However, not much to ask. One more thing may just be my perspective on how the hotel felt a bit unsafe. This is probably my false impression. I dont understand why the receptionist had to be behind the glass window. The restaurant also appeared strange.

We had a good experience while staying in this hotel. I like the cozy and clean rooms, plus the friendly staff is also quite helpful, even though the staff doesn't speak English. The room condition was comfortable and clean.

It takes 5 blocks from the metro station line, taking you to the downtown area. The location is close to the Metro Station Line. The staff is very helpful and the room is very comfortable and nice size. The bathroom is well equipped. The room has a fridge. Breakfast had many options and they served us.

This hotel is very well located with clean and pleasant surroundings, especially for the prices! It's very easy to eat delicious Mexican food around and not far from the metro, it's close to the airport and an Uber 15 minutes from the Anthropology Museum. The neighborhood is safe and it's possible to walk at night.
