This hotel is the best one that I've ever stayed at. The service is excellent. The rooms are clean and everything in the room works perfectly. Wifi was fantastic. The restaurant served amazing food. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at this great hotel.

I visited this hotel twice in the month of August because I was on business. The reason I returned is that it has a good parking lot and appears to be very secure. The cost was also extremely low. The service is somewhat terrible, the key to the room would not work, so I had to call them one morning to get me out of the room. The sink is constantly clogged, and the toilet fills very slowly. The towel racks have come off the wall and nobody has resorted to fasten them back to the wall. The second time I asked for a superior room, and they showed me something which was even worse than the one I stayed the first time I chose a standard room and never got a refund. The towels have holes, you must request one, which is normally delivered to you around rp. It's a shame because the location has lots of potential, plenty of water and electricity, a good location, etc. But it's run poorly.

I had a great time. The staff is friendly and the service is also of the highest standard. The food is excellent, including both local and international cuisine. There is a good surrounding garden that is well maintained, kudos to the men and women who tend to it.

This is an outstanding hotel. The food service is very good, and the service from the staff is also very hospitable. The wifi is always accessible, and the channels are very good. I watch quasar world cup, with a feeling of excitement. I think France will win, but Argentina just get on the front foot.

Excellent parking, and a nice place away from the crowded cod. Excellent meeting location with free wifi and supportive staff. The rooms have been renovated with modern plugs that make charging phones and laptops very simple.

We definitely will not hesitate to return to this hotel to stay. It has a great restaurant. Chef kenny and his team will dazzle your tastebuds with a menu that will make you eat like royalty.

I am very satisfied with my experience while staying at Crest hotels. The employees were very courteous and caring. I felt at home. It was like home. My favorite service department was the kitchen as the food was always on time and well prepared. Keep up the good standards.

Thank you, really nice people. My flight was canceled due to the Boeing 747 saga. Then when I got to Zimbabwe the place was completely filled but the owners were great and concerned and immediately found me another accommodation.

The restaurant was a bit busy, but the 2 waiters were giving excellent service to all the customers. Great service from one waiter called pride who served with a smile and was all over the restaurant. Great service and delicious food. I would give these guys 1010.

The best part of the owner is that the staff is friendly and willing to help. Poor management and very low cleanliness standards. Toilet towels lacking and air fresheners not provided. Never choose shared bathrooms. Kitchen not clean. Coffee and bar fridge are not provided in the rooms. The cost was very affordable but the cleanliness was compromised. Great room that can be improved.

I would recommend crest lodge and will definitely return. Its been a while since we last visited Crest Lodge, and I have to admit that there are many changes to be made! The hotel had the warmest dining receptions when my family and I went for dinner there. Excellent waiters and prompt service in providing hospitality, I have to say that the Crest Lodge exceeded our expectations in terms of service and quality. We had a buffet, and the food was delicious, and a waiter greeted us with calm pride and was very helpful until we left the restaurant.
