I can appreciate the friendliness of the personnel at my bullet resort. The ski rental business in the chalet was also excellent. The staff at the receptionist were incredibly friendly and helpful, as were the ski slopes and attractions. We appreciated that they were so friendly. The gym was quite adequate, and the spa sauna and pool areas were quite warm. With a sofa bed, the king-size bed in our room was really comfortable.

We are a four-person family, and for our first skiing trip in it bullet, we reserved a king room at this hotel. The coach bus stop is a short walk away, and this hotel has an ideal location. It is also very close to ski snowboarding schools, equipment rentals, chairlifts, shuttle buses, etc., and it is easily accessible from its location in the It Bullet village. The black cockatoo restaurant at this motel is excellent. However, everything else in this hotel is typical, and we, on the ground floor, in general, can anticipate a little bit more than what we paid. The room is tiny, but there is a queen bed and sofa that could be converted into a sofa bed for the four of us. The furniture and interior decoration are very dated, and the beds and pillows are quite uncomfortable. We could really hear exactly what our neighbors next door were saying, and we could odor the food they brought to their room as well. When we checked in, we were told that our room had a view, but when we got there, we discovered that our room had a view, but after that our room actually faced the parking lot, which was also very noisy, and the blinds could not be opened. We have to open the window to let some cold air in if the air conditioner in the room becomes a touch hot and stuffy.

Our family and I took a skiing trip for the first time and chose it bullet due to its amazing snowfall! It appears to be appropriate and practical at It bullet chalet hotels. The room was a king size and a sofa bed for a family of four. The sofa bed was created, but there were no pillows or top sheets. After a hard day on the slopes, a nice shower would be wonderful! It wasnt meant to be. A word of warning, the rooms are extremely hot! Heating is not controlled! The personnel was welcoming and helpful.

I will definitely visit this hotel again. I stayed in the glacier queen studio, and while it was expensive, we felt it was money well spent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite having a low rate of around $170 for 2 nights during the peak season, we found this apartment to be a wise decision. Other hotels in it bullet are extremely outdated and have subpar facilities at a similar price range. This hotel provides 2 eateries and a bar in the structure, but no priority is given to tables or reservations at the busy bar or restaurant.

Jo, Frank and Liam were very welcoming. The place is so beautiful and clean. We felt like home. Jo always cleans up after each guest use the bathroom. They looking after the property incredibly well. Highly recommebded. We'll come back. Thank you for having us. Best place ever.
