The house is very nice to stay in newcastle. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Location not far from the beach for cheap price. The village also has a relaxing environment for a family vacation.

The hotel is unique, but the design is great. The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and satisfying. They also offer a great location for restaurants. There is no luggage in the standard room, a plus if you only stay for one night. The cost of valet parking is 50 dollars per night. However, a parking lot is close by. Even with luggage, the ramp is not obvious on arrival.

We have booked here in a very smart and pleasant manner, and Keeled has been very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, plus the cuisine here was excellent. We also had a great time at the hotel. We also took advantage of the Happy Hour at 4:6 in the morning. The location is in the city center, and the recommended parking area is under cover, so we pay for parking when we pay for the room, and that's easy.

This hotel is not recommended. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed and shower were both comfortable. They have a cook top that is not included.

All in all, the stay was great! All in all, the hotel was friendly, the room was clean, the fridge had water bottles, the bed was comfy, and upon arrival we also received a free upgrade and a bottle of wine.

The staff was amazing, and they are an asset to the hotel. The rooms are really spacious, and the interior is very well decorated. It's easy to go anywhere for a drink or dinner because of the great location in the center of Newcastle. We did expect it to be quite noisy on Saturday nights as an accommodation above a pub, but we were very happy that it didn't make too much noise. Beds and amenities are comfortable.

I chose a good position in the middle of town, with beach and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The city centre of Newcastle is currently going through a significant renewal and lucky is right in the center. The smaller rooms are ok, but worth paying a little more for the bigger rooms which are lovely. The reception staff were really helpful and the pub downstairs was great for a drink and bite to eat.

Very good place, located in the central area and the staff are friendly. The system needs a lot of improvement, particularly the parking, but it's not clear what to do upon arrival and it takes some time in the morning. Also, it's fine if they send things to the correct email address if they use a paperless policy.. especially if you book through a third party.

Excellent hidden gem, worth the price and service that has been provided. The motel was well-presented, and the room was comfortable and clean. We stayed in a villa at the back of the property and it was very quiet. In such a convenient location, there is a lot of free parking, a pool, and WiFi. I will definitely come back to this place.

This must have been one of the first buildings in the honeysuckle precinct, as it seems a little worn. The prearrival communication was excellent, according to me. My understanding of the need to unlock common doors makes me doubtful. To enter the room, a keypad is used. The bed wasn't particularly cozy. The mattress felt somewhat worn and dated. The fold-out sofa was also not great. It was wonderful that the room had a washer and dryer. It was nice that the room also featured 2 Sony tes, which was nice. The internet was usable. From memory, it was about 3 to 10, but it was sufficient to get things done. I had to wait for the lift in the afternoon for more than 10 minutes. It appears to be used by cleaners and laborers, and this should be handled in a separate service elevator. The general honeysuckle precinct is nice enough, but it is a ghost town. There isn't much activity.

They were very polite and helpful, and when you go home, they are always cheerful and reeked of good energy. Everything is very nice and tastefully prepared. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

This hotel is in a good location in the middle of Newcastle. The room size was big and comfortable with many pillows. Parking is available about a block away. Older rooms need a little drab, maybe a fresh coat. The staff was very helpful. The price is good and in a good location.

I would stay here again if I could. Fantastic location with convenient parking, reasonably priced, and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants and bars are a huge plus. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. This place is close to Newcastle Town center. The place is also quite affordable. The room condition is clean and comfortable.

The situation is a short walk from the airport and close to the shopping center. The beds are dirty, there is hair and other infected areas in the bathroom. We are also shocked because there are still a lot of dirt and mold on the patio door track, there's also dirt in the appliances. The bathroom was dirty. The sofa bed was ripped, the mattress sheets are damaged, the clogged walls are noticeable, the bed linens are ripped and in places where we have to write the name, there is no iron to iron stains. Very well located and the staff were friendly.

Very enjoyable stay. Friendliness from the receptionist. Our apartment was spacious and spotless. You can't hear anything from the double-glazed windows that face the charming restaurant courtyard. The guy above us was the noisy one in the room. The bar downstairs played a little music, but it turned it off and didn't bother us at all. Parking on the street was simple and the hotel was conveniently located, it was a great location. A pleasant stroll down the harbor, there are several wine bars nearby, and the hotel restaurant was excellent.
