The best hotel is Sofia, it's not my first experience and definitely not my last. Excellent on all levels, good location, great team, very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, good service. Breakfast was great, it comes highly recommended!.

The most renowned hotel is sofia. This is not my first time and definitely not my last. Everything is excellent including the best location, wonderful team, spotless, big, and cozy rooms, and fantastic service. Excellent breakfast, the hotel comes highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at the grand departure, and I was very happy with my choice of accommodation. The staff was helpful, competent, and fluent in English. Lovely emails were promptly responded to, and the hotel airport transportation was fast. The position is ideal for many of the city's most famous attractions, and there is a beautiful park to the back of the hotel. Bedrooms are nicely sized, with standard rooms being the largest in the city, according to their website. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a magnificent ith floor corner suite, a room that consists of over 70 people. I had panoramic views from several windows. Because I didn't hear a sound either inside or out, it was exceptionally well insulated, and I slept like a baby without experiencing any noise. The furnishings are undoubtedly outdated, rather dull. But everything functioned well, including ample outlets, cozy mattresses, a minibar, and tea and coffee-making, and excellent wifi. There isn't any coat hangers, though! The bathroom was more modern and stylish than the main suite, which was teeming with a super-power shower, and was squarely covered in marble. I didn't eat at the hotel or use the health facilities, but the Sofia grand definitely performed quite well for my purposes.

In general, we thought this hotel was ok for a few nights' stay. Although the hotel coop claims to be five stars, it actually felt more like an average three-star. It is in a great location, close to everything you likely want to see in Sofia. Our room was big, but felt dated and very dark. It was also very noisy because of the traffic outside. There were several maintenance issues, such as a leaking shower that flooded the bathroom, drapes hanging off the rail, and so on. It took 3 days before the bathroom bin was emptied, and this was only after I left it in the middle of the bathroom. As a result, it was impossible to avoid. Breakfast was excellent, nothing extraordinary, and the coffee was subpar.

Very good facilities, big room, clean room, and well-maintained, very large and delicious breakfast, spa was limited due to reconstruction work, all the things were in a very helpful and polite manner, what can be improved? -The elevators are too old.
