Hotel menyediakan laundry gratis, ini the best banget walaupun self service tapi semua lengkap (detergen, softener, dryer, sampai smua jenis seterika), lokasi cukup strategis dan sarapan juga enak

We had the best check in experience in Nanjing, steven was very helpful. There are many documents to be filled out, he made it so easy for us. The hotel upgraded us to a suite which was great! Lounge staff were also helpful.

The hotel is situated three minutes walk from the nearest subway station. Malls and restaurants are just across the street. The location is convenient but not too busy. Employees are very friendly to people in the lounge. It serves breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour with alcoholic drinks. The cuisine in this place is delicate. The scenery is beautiful both during the day and at night because it is on the ground floor. This is going to be a month long stay. I would especially like to thank Donna for her helpfulness every time I go to the lounge. Even with the mask on, I can see a big smile. On my next trip to Nanjing, I would undoubtedly come back.

This is the first time we have stayed in Fairmount Brand. This is the only brand our company works with in Nanjing. The service in the Executive Lounge was great and Anthony provided an unparalleled experience.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay as always. Im not one to rave about many things, but I give credit where it is due. When you arrive, a lovely aroma swirls in the air from the lobby to the ground floor. Despite lengthy checks due to couid regulations, we were escorted to our rooms by a very friendly staff ready with a teddy bear for my little baby girl. In the rooms. Crisp white linens, well-lit bathrooms, a panoramic view of the city and most importantly, all the amenities of a five-star hotel. Not only was I delighted to see my baby's playpen in the room, but the welcome desserts and chocolates were delicious. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor. With a love of western cuisine, this hotel feels like a little slice of home right here in China. As a mom with a small baby, I always travel with a Chinese nanny. She loves this buffet because she doesn't have to endure a lengthy mealtime of western cuisine that she doesn't want to be consumed. Best of both worlds, the asian and Western fusion. Finally, the room service, which left a lot of room to be desired, was a little letdown. We made several trips to the restroom after our meal because we had a rather unpleasant experience after our meals.

The yoga was amazing. The location was great, so peaceful and surrounded by nature. The staff was very accommodating, plus the food that they made was delicious.

We are coming to the end of three weeks in Sri Lanka, staying in 12 different places and this is comfortably the best place to stay. Its in a wonderfully secluded place and the food is simply out of this world. In a country where incredible food is available at every turn, the food here was really something else. A trip to Sri Lanka is not complete without staying here.

We anticipated more from the Sofitel, especially at this price point. Check-in had bad initial impressions. We made reservations through a third party who claimed the hotel would only levy 33 money for the building, but we were surprised that they levy 140 money on top. It was unclear what this additional fee was. We also had to submit outdated forms to inquire about our entry date for China and if we have been to Wan in the previous 14 days. As most hotels we have stayed in China stopped using these forms last summer, consider it to be a nanjing specific requirement, so anticipate a little longer to check into this hotel. We were too embarrassed to request that the lobby bathrooms be opened. The rooms were very nice and had comfortable furniture and were extremely clean. A large bathroom and a tub that was big enough for me to lie down comfortably in. Most public spaces had large comfy chairs and looked great on the surface, but when we got there, we called maintenance, and they opened our window and said they might be able to fix it tomorrow, but when we asked if we could switch rooms, we were told that all rooms would be around the same temperature and not colder because the central system had died. If you require more ice, you must call service at this hotel, so we did our best to lie in our extremely comfy room. The water in the pool and air

In January due to work, I visited Nanjing and have been staying at Fairmount Nanjing for about a month. The hotel is very nice and clean, and all staff are very professional and friendly. I want to recommend Crystal Xu as one of the top staff here because her service was warm and active and always ready to serve everyone who stepped into the lobby. I will definitely return to Fairmount Nanjing due to the top service and professional staff here, which I have never met at other stars hotels.

This hotel is quite suitable to stay. cheap but has good cleanliness. The location is nice. You can always find a taxi right outside. Breakfast is adequate. This is comparable to most Chinese hotel breakfasts. We had a little trouble communicating with reception staff, but no major problems.

The attitude and professionalism of the executive lounge staff are really impressive. It seems that they all have great memory power. Even when I only informed Ashley at the reception about my room number when I first arrived the previous day, she actually remembers my room number. It is really nice to be recognized, and I'm sure they'll recognize me the next time I arrive. Bravo!.

This holiday inn express at xuan lake was a local Chinese hotel formerly known as Soya Garden Hotel. My stay experience was at best average, but unfortunately the customer service here is unacceptable. If this is how the new Holiday Inn Express will be, I will have to find a new hotel chain. The good breakfast is quite nice here, with a spread that includes a lot of duck dishes that you won't find at other hi express. The bad room is quite small, smaller than most hi express, and the space utilization is very poor. The hotel was renovated using the blueorange design language of the new generation hi express, but it left very little room for your luggage and there was no closet but an exposed hanging rod. No writing desk with the new design in blueorange. The new desk is basically a piece of plywood that extends across the room and serves multiple purposes. What makes the problem unbearable is that they installed a safe underneath the desk plywood that takes up so much space and it left no space for you to sit and put your legs into. I left that bottle on the desk but it was thrown out with empty water bottles in the garbage. I raised it immediately but the hotel handled the situation so poorly that several phone calls to customer relations were required to resolve. Front desk staff not very experienced. The process of checking in took a very long because the staff do not know how
