This place is recommended for business travelers. This place has a good value for money. From the outside, it looks like a small Chinese hotel but it's really a nice hotel. The hotel is completely new, the rooms are good size and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very chinese style to be expected and most people don't speak English well.

This hotel recently opened on September 10, 2019. We arrived at the hotel via Rp and were met by Max, the duty manager, in the weston club lounge. Max, Yuki, Nancy, and Sherry made sure we had all we required. They were all quite pleasant, kind, and helpful. The room was exceptional, with contemporary decor, lighting, and automatic curtains that open as soon as you enter. The club lounge's food and drinks are excellent, and the breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed juice and gourmet ice cream. Two nights at this hotel weren't enough for us. We can't wait for our next trip in January to stay at this hotel again.

As part of the tour package, I spent a night there. It has an incredible view and is fresh and contemporary. The personnel greet us in the lobby and direct us to the shopping mall, which was excellent. The lunch and dinner buffet were excellent. With unlimited oysters and seafood, dinner was of good taste, but the size was a little small. Too hot and the soup is not hot enough. Good in general. Breakfast has enough western food for me just pastries. The pool is too shallow. And the temperature is a little cold. When I was there, the sauna and steam were not working. By the way, I received a locker key, but I was unable to find any towels in the changing room. I hope the hotel can improve and sustain itself because the location is remote and I wonder if enough guests choose this category of hotel because the shopping center is pretty quiet and the supermarket is also without customers when we came.

We had a great experience. The hotel was newly opened, with a library theme. The location is very central and easy to find. The lobby is huge and the check-in team is very polite and professional. I got a room that was large and very well furnished, for a hotel with a lot of quality. It has a nice bathroom and all new. The breakfast is also decent considering the initial promo price of 200 rmb. That's a gem! Lots of restaurants on the left side of the hotel. The only disadvantage is that the internet in the room is intermittent but free.

After we contacted, a 3-18 rate was given, and we entered the hotel and checked the reservation. Com website. It clearly appeared to be significantly less, and definitely more affordable. I asked whether the site's information was accurate because I had a translator here, and the receptionist didn't speak English. He replied that the room was the one, and I naturally reserved. He said yes that's the room when I checked that the information I had given him based on bookings was correct, even though when I inquired about the size when I made the payment and asked about the size, the customer was referring to the smaller room. To cut a long story short, the hotel needs to train its personnel how to deal with visitors. I came after a tradeshow, and I was overly worn, and his friend made me mad. Overall, the apartment is modest, but it is well-equipped. While it is not the best location, I suppose we shouldn't have high expectations for the cost.

We reserved 5 club floor rooms so that we could enjoy the Chinese new year at the club lounge. We checked in and were informed that the club lounge was closed, so we could have our afternoon tea in the lobby bar and eat breakfast and supper in the restaurant, which we were happy about. After viewing the four different types of mini cakes on the afternoon tea menu and being denied sparkling water, we made a complaint. Not to mention that the other guests in the lobby bar promptly paid for their order, sat for more than 45 minutes, and were repeatedly told to help ourselves to the mini cakes. This is unquestionably not what we had anticipated from the club lounge and its elite gold and platinum class. Finally Chris chen came to our aid, bringing items from the restaurants, getting us some pepellegrino, and even sending some to our rooms. Considering that dinner was already scheduled for the evening, it was quite late. Everything else was excellent. Chris assisted with the business center downstairs restaurant reservations and personally escorted us there so that we don't get lost. This is an example of how one can transform a bad event into a we will come back scenario!.

Another highrise in Guangdong, China, with fantastic views from every direction. The rooms were modern, yet lacking in details. Breakfast was mediocre, but the dinner buffet was among the best options in Zhongshan. Service was consistent. I couldn't remember the names of the associates, but everyone I met was professional and enthusiastic. This includes the fi manager and front desk staff. An exception is the staff in the seasonal tastes restaurant, where some of the servants were unprofessional and unmannered.

Despite having a few restaurant options close by, this hotel is excellent. The lobby was impressive and spacious, with an endless selection of cushions. A convenient convenience store is on the opposite of the road, and the minibar is pleasantly lit, making it quick to see at night. Due to its thick doors and carpets, this hotel isn't noisy. All services are accessible. Some employees even speak English. Although there isn't a dining area available at this hotel, there are several excellent establishments nearby, including a Western-style hamburgerpizza bar with live music and delicious cuisine. There are also numerous western-style hamburgerpizza bars that serve live music and have good cuisine.
