Senang sekali nginep di sini, kamar nya bagus, sarapan nya mantap, dan yang paling hebat adalah manager Jenny Zhen and team yang bantuin banget urusin koper kita yang ketinggalan flight dr malaysia. Sampe malem” pun dia masih telp in pihak airport Jam 4 subuh baru dpt kabar dr airport pun dia info ke kita. Jw marriott xi’an is the best !!!

I highly recommend this place. The location is strategic. The first thing I like is that the room, which was upgraded according to my status, had a view of the giant wild goose papplication, and when night comes, the entire area is illuminated, with thousands of people on the street and numerous cuisine options. I also ate sushi at one of the Japanese restaurants all you can eat eat one evening. This is the first time I've stayed in this place. This place has no hassles, and I'll stay here again. The wifi in weston was swift, the same amazing view, and breakfast and happy hour had a decent selection. The concierge, Ray, was a huge help, explaining where to get a mosquito test, and making a Terracotta warrior tour for me.

All the staff are very nice, helpful and courteous. The facilities and the room condition are in good condition. But, the air conditioning system is terrible because we could not adjust the room temperature. Although they sincerely apologized for this issue, nothing they could do but send us a moveable air fan.

I suggest cycling the perimeter of the city wall get a ticket to enter the wall and then hire bikes to ride up the wall. Hotel is a two minute walk from the Yongningmen metro entrance a. Breakfast buffet has many options. Club rooms enjoy cocktails and tasty snacks early in the evening. Extremely suitable for a small price.

I'll stay at this hotel again if I visit again because I had a pleasant stay. The room was great, the breakfast was very good and the service was very good. What more could you need from a hotel?

We had a nice little room with little room for luggagesuitcases or clothes, but luckily we have a spare bed in our room so all the stuff is just thrown there. We stayed for a couple of nights while on a tour of exotics and had a human tour guide who looked after us so well. Out of all the guides in China we had in two weeks, he was the best! The hotel is not in the centre, one day we walked to the Muslim market at 10 am one way, a pleasant walk with stopping in shops and markets on the way and just enjoying the street life.

We weren't sure what to anticipate after reading some of the previous reviews. We were pleasantly thrilled. The hotel had a lovely, roomy foyer and was exceptionally impressive from the outside. The room was spacious and had a cozy bed. Spacious restroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. Daily replenishment and supply of toiletries were both abundant. Tea-making amenities were also offered, as were bathrobes and slippers. Iron and ironing board. There were many cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, meats, breads, toast, eggs, and fresh cooked omelettes available for breakfast buffet style, as well as a broad assortment of Asian options. It was difficult to judge the location, as we stayed for two nights as part of a tour, so the tour company took us out each day. Terracotta Warriors were about an hour's drive away. Although we didn't use the German bar downstairs, some members of our party did, and they commented that it was very good.

The hotel was very wonderful and deserves a 4 star rating. The room was very comfortable and clean. The facilities meet Western service standards, and the service personnel was very reliable and effective, from reception to cleaning to restaurant to concierge. Also, there was someone in almost every area of the hotel who could speak English.

Overall, it's not a bad hotel, but the disadvantages of being close to the city center are easily remedied. While the location is quite a distance from the town centre, there is a subway right next to the hotel, which was convenient and ridiculously cheap. While the rooms are considerably smaller than those of the other hotels we stayed in, the breakfast was varied and plentiful, including lots of large family seats. Taxis are also exceptionally cheap and only cost a few pounds to enter the Muslim quarter or drum tower as we frequently utilized them. Although there are a few eateries close by, it will be difficult to locate bars in Cheng Shui.

This accommodation's location is its key point. It is ideal for being able to walk to a large number of key attractions, including the bell and drum towers, Muslim quarter, and the wall itself because it is directly opposite the south gate. This is also where they lay decorations on the wall and outside the gate during holidays like Chinese New Year. The room itself is cozy and clean. Well-presented and has all the amenities you would need. It is disappointing that the rooms do not have bathrooms and that the view is somewhat obscured by poorly placed ac units outside the structure. The staff is friendly and, since there was no option to purchase a room with breakfast included that I could see, I didn't try the food. There are several places nearby where you can easily get food in the morning. The staff is good at bringing vehicles to different locations, but it tends to be quite expensive in comparison to Didi.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable read western style softness. The neighborhood is great for walking and there is little vehicle traffic. Breakfast buffet has both Asian and western selections.

Trust Google Maps to select a hotel location that is within walking distance of the metro stop and on a budget. Sadly, when I arrived as expected on google map, I realized we were north of Chiang Minh City, but we should have been south of Chiang Minh City. The hotel is actually located on the outer edge of the ring and only accessible by taxi or Didichinas uber. About cny per taxi ride. Although the rooms are large, the cost is not worth it considering the distance from the city. Fortunately, I got 1 room by using my points as an ing member. A shopping center is outside the hotel, but there isnt much traffic there. We did not go there, so I wasnt sure if there are any restaurants. However, there is a 24-hour convenience shop next to it.

We only stayed one night on our tour and it was very nice in a spectacular style hotel. The room was good in size and cleanliness, and the bathroom had a wonderful electric toilet bidet, and the breakfast was excellent. The food choices were quite limited. It is 100% good, I could not be happier.

My companions and I had a great time in Hong Kong. Right away, we parked our vehicle at the airport and headed to the hotel. Although the driver claimed that the cost was average, it was actually quite expensive. When we got to the hotel, we had a disagreement with him. The chief concierge, Anthony, saw the situation. He walked up to us without hesitation and assisted us in dealing with the driver. The event was obviously resolved without any problems. He offered to guide us on how to use the Didi to arrange car service, making our journey effortless and enjoyable. On ith, after a long day of traveling, we discovered that we had left a bag at a local shop. Anthony and his coworker, Arthur, tried to locate it for us. They went on this matter for about 30 minutes. They had a very professional attitude throughout the entire process, which was so impressive. They were patient and adamant concern for the customer. I have no doubt that anyone seeks a good hotel of high caliber should visit this hotel.
