We love the hotel! Right by the station, easy to walk to the old town, great reception, great-clean-spacious room (and bathroom), have nothing to complain. Would def recommend this hotel if you visit Freiburg and will def be staying here if we visit Freiburg in the future. Thank you!

This hotel is very good, it has nice comfortable rooms and a good clean room. The employees are also very friendly. Very convenient place to visit the city. As we haven't cooked breakfast I can't say much about it. I will be back.

The location was excellent and easy to get to attractions. But the staff at the hotel was very understaffed and those working seemed tired and moody. They also didn't speak English. I definitely didn't blame the staff but the hotel management. They are the same as with the parking key.

This hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. Very calm and easy to get to the city center with tramway. Nice staff. Less than 30 minutes from europapark. Good breakfast. The rooms are not very big but very clean and new. Good bed.

The room was nice with friendly staff. Unfortunately, this time, the bathroom had hair that was different from ours. However, the rest were fine.

I booked for 4 people in this room. Although the room is small, it's functional and clean. The wifi is not supported. The breakfast is slow. There is a parking lot available. The rooms are fairly roomy. Good flexibility for changes and late check-in. The location is not close to the center, but there is a tram right next to the cafe and also a supermarket very close by.

Bed and breakfast with the clean clean room. It was perfectly good with the breakfast, although it is very simple I suppose, but that's the whole point. Everything is just what it says on the box. The only thing I could say is that they could do with a coupe of chairs or a bench outside.

Very nice hotel but a bit old and definitely needs a refreshment. The good thing is that the hotel has a parking lot and you can directly access it from your floor. The staff is okay, the rooms are clean but old.

This is a great place to stay if you want to visit the city. The room was comfortable and also the room was spacious. The staff were very pleasant.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The location is amazing. They can fill the bottle banks as they work on the wheels at a time when most people are already awake and they are in the courtyard at the back of the hotel. There was only one complaint, although the hotel is impressively capable of maintaining a 4-star rating.
