Spacious room, decent bathroom and tasty breakfast although the varieties are limited but general options for kid-friendly menu or vegetarian dish are available. One thing that I dislike is only the choice of fragrance used. I found it too strong. Walls are pretty thin so if you need total quiet to be able to rest, bring along your ear plug.

Sadly we booked lunch at Okra and sadly late to check in, but santana, one of the staff at Okra was very helpful and courteous and brought us everything we requested to our table.

The food here was very tasty with a friendly staff. All the service here was so complete, the food is delicious. They also have a menu that the Passer gave me as a choice so I can try it too.

I am very happy to stay here and will definitely return. This is a wonderful hotel. I have a good experience here. We have good services from the staff, especially the staff named Mama and Rambathi. The rooms are tidy and clean and have all facilities. The atmosphere is relaxing.

This hotel is in the middle of a busy train station and metro station. The room is comfy and clean. The employee helped us arrange a room very quickly.

The royal spa package was great, the car service was superb, the food was great, the tranquility was lovely, and special mention to Satishrocky, the airport taxi representative, for being there and supporting us in finding us when there was a traffic delay, finding us, and helping us out if our taxi didn't arrive. We had made the mistake of booking through indigo than through the taj, and the service was excellent.

The suite we stayed in was very good, well appointed, with all luxuries as required and serviced very well and very carefully. Overall the property's service was par excellence. well spread and very well maintained property. Will definitely recommend and return.

The location is good and this hotel has a central location and a lot of parking spots nearby the Hussain sugar lake so can be enjoyed walking around after dinner too. The food that they served was very tasty, and the buffet was a nice choice. The atmosphere was so friendly and lovely.

The location is cool. But they have a bad management and the breakfast is free. The room service was fine and the boys at the front desk tried to push me into a bad room but if you fight, they will give you a nice room later.

We reserved 2 ac executive rooms, but we had to wait 4 hours to get our reserved rooms. After spending 4 hours in a non-ac suite with no windows and finally a single-bed ac room on request, we were forced to spend 4 hours in a non-ac suite without windows. The breakfast menu was also very poor and limited. The actual rooms were large and clean. Location is good but the price is also very high.

I'm a nanny in the US. My parents traveled to Hyderabad for medical treatment after visiting Kolkata. As of this writing, the only positive thing is that the staff is courteous and professional. They are also supportive. The absence of lifts and lifts is the only problem. But the facility itself is clean and well worth the money. After my parents' complete stay, I'll submit a full review. Be patient!.
