There was a large selection at the buffet for breakfast and dinner. There was a lot of variation. Despite the room's high standard, it was subpar. The bathroom had not been cleaned since the previous visitor, so I was unsure. The tub had soap ring leftover from a bottle. Hair and dust were also found on the counters, which needed to be quickly cleaned up. The hotel in general was in a decent position to get to the heart of the city. However, I'm not sure I'll return due to the poor cleanliness. The beginning of the story is what I'll tell you. The apartment has fantastic city views. The windows were beautiful. They could be opened, so I had a nice breeze. The cuisine was wonderful. There was a huge selection of both breakfast and dinner buffets. Nonetheless, the room did not live up to the high standard I had hoped for from a fivestar hotel. It was outdated and in dire need of renovation. It was also filthy. Since the last visitor, I wasn't entirely certain that the restroom had been cleaned. The bathtub had soap bottle ring ring inside the tub. I've also discovered hair and dirt that need to be easily cleaned from the counter.

Even with a reduced staff this hotel is as comfortable as before staff friendly, efficient and very friendly breakfast adapted to the new restrictions but better than before the rooms are scrupulously clean great value so. Come and support Elian and renew our love of Jerusalem.

The location is close to all the top city hotels, the old city and the hotel. The food at this restaurant is very tasty. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The service is very good, even though I thought I had lost my suitcase. And then, they bent over to help me find it backward.

This hotel is not recommended. Because of its strategic location and low price, I chose this hotel. This is a significant mistake. The hotel needs substantial improvements in its rooms and services as already noted in other reviews. Light shows through the front desk. I was allowed to check in 2 hours early. At 800, there was no hot water in the bathroom and I had to take cold showers. Because the toilet kept flushing for several hours, it was not properly plumbed. There were only two bath towels in the bathroom, one of which had a big biologic stain, yes, that was that. The towels had been changed on the second night, and hand towels had been provided. Heating continued to work continuously all night, so I had to get up several times to switch it off and turn it on when the room cools down. It was good that I was waking up to the sound of a toilet flushing. The internet frequently malfunctioned, there were no notice of service, and it only intermittently worked. I had to watch CNN, hair dryer, and I answered yes to the trip advisor's question about hair dryers. It is an early model that is mounted with a hose and is mounted on the wall. if you can, you should avoid this hotel, I should have.

The location is good, if you are comfortable walking or taking a cab. The personnel is nice and very helpful and goes above and beyond to help us. The room is very clean and comfortable, with enough space for 3 people.

My husband and I had a good stay at this georgges hotel as part of the Rp tour. My room was so spacious. The breakfast here was good too. I appreciate the prompt assistance provided by the front desk staff, which was very helpful, especially when my husband needed to use the computer in the basement. The service was so impressive, especially with the efficient use of the workstation that was already in use.

A yummy experience. The service was excellent. In particular seem to be the best scones, cream, butter, carnies, and mini pastries. But no strawberry jam. Without strawberry jam, no English tea room would be seen. I seem to have found a small pot of strawberry-flavoured jam.

My experience of staying at this hotel in Jerusalem was very enjoyable. The room's cleanliness was good and comfortable, and so was the support from the employee. The location was perfect, and the city's view was stunning.

My family and I are still here, enjoying the good service of the Waldorf Astorga Jerusalem staff, in particular the personal service and attention that it's general manager, aver, took care of us. As we checked in at our room, a large bottle of israeli red wine, fruit platter, and a large round ice cream cake met us. Aver truly took the time to show it's visitors the goodwill that Waldorf stories told. In addition, there is my suit and my. The Grand Palace Restaurant's Haitian restaurant made sure we had more than anything during breakfast during our entire stay. Everyone of them has shown us the friendly, personal, and caring service and attention that waldorf astorga hotel appears to be in the highlands now. We, as tourists like us, will undoubtedly choose the location to be in the lovely city of Jerusalem as well as the best hotel.

We got this hotel as a present from my mother and soninlaw. The best experience of my life. comfortable room with breakfast and beautiful artwork everywhere. The room also has stunning floral displays. A pleasant place to sit in the lobby and enjoy the view of the scenery, also the hotel is close to a variety of fascinating places on foot.

This hotel has basic facilities, it's comfortable, and clean except for the bed sheets and pillows. The service is good, but the restaurant needs more varieties. Great location for walking to various attractions including the holy places.

This place is lovely and has friendly and helpful staff. It's a pleasant place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The rooms and bathroom facilities are very cozy. The breakfast is amazing, and the menu is very extensive. And finally, the front desk and door staff members are very friendly, and the chief concierge, Daniel bigger, gives excellent advice and assistance. I will return as soon as possible.

Lokasi hotel cukup strategis dekat dengan masjid al aqsa. Sebagian besar manusia muslim. Kamar cukup luas, fasilitas cukup lengkap saya suka lotion badan. Wifi cukup kencang. Makanan enak. Sejauh ini bagus. Lebih baik jika Anda menyediakan sandal kamar karena kamar mandi sangat dingin.

During check-in and check-out, everything in the hotel was OK. Staff, bed, bathroom, breakfast, etc were all fine. Only negative aspect is the extremely limited parking area below the hotel. We just opted for the standard car. So, I'm glad we had no competition for space when we got home. So, I advise you to park your car, taxi, bus, or just drive a very small car to this place.

As a part of our rp tour, we enjoyed our stay at the It Georges Hotel. We adored the balcony in our room. Several dishes are available at the buffet. I'm really grateful for the prompt response from the front desk officer on duty, it staff, and Musa when my husband needed to use the computer in the basement. I was impressed with their effectiveness in putting in the workstation for our use. I'm touched by their level of service!.

Every year, we are very thrilled to stay here because of how amazing the property and service are. The staff is warm and welcoming, every member of staff is kind. The breakfast is outstanding. Try the Eggbenedict, followed by unlimited trips to the salad bar, cheeses table, hot entrees, fresh bread, fish platters, four types of juice, cakes and desserts station, and full table service. The location is close to the city center and old city. The Manila Mall, with luxury stores and restaurants, is only a few steps away. This hotel is of world-class in every way. There is also an orthodox jewish shul synagogue across the street, which offers multiple daily prayers and even a day yoga class. Greetings from george at the front door. He has been there since the beginning of time and has greeted visitors in his regal top hat and tails. First class all the way at a reasonable price.
