Excellent hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and the security is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, great customer service. The location is very convenient. Very comfortable.

Overall, the hotel is in good condition, and the rooms are clean. The best rooms have a balcony. Breakfast was simple but good. Pleasant and pleasant staff. The only thing that needs improvement is the internet connection. It was too slow and sometimes it even didn't work. I don't think the price per night is too high, but the area is amazing. You can walk anywhere and there is electricity everywhere, unlike other parts of Beirut.

It is an excellent choice for the family. Kids have fun and enjoyed the pool on the roof. Even though the gym lacks many machines, it's ok because the wifi and electricity is always available. A professional and friendly staff.

It is well worth every penny and is very helpful. Everyone looking to stay in Beirut should look for a hotel. This hotel is fantastic, located in a great area of Beirut in the Ashrafiyeh neighborhood. The room was fantastic, and the view was fantastic. The building's architecture and design were also beautiful. We had a nice stay thanks to the very attentive reception staff. The breakfast was adequate, but it was nothing special, but it must have been due to a lack of customers and the economy. Please keep in mind that Lebanon is currently in a terrible economic crisis, and that both the management and the employees, omar my. The general manager, Shade, is doing their best to keep the lights on, and a wonderful job. I would come back again with family the next year, assuming there will be a deal offered from the actor for the member stays.

I definitely suggest this hotel. I will recommend this place to everyone. Very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and electricity is always available. The gym is nice but it does not have many equipment. The pool has a nice sea view but closes early at 1800.

I stayed 3 nights, the reviews on this hotel were great, when I arrived, they said they upgraded my room, the room is clean. Staff is very friendly, the area around the hotel is nice and you can walk around. I recommend booking a review room, Im sure you won't regret it.

This hotel was designed, built, and run by a consummate hotelier whose motto must be: do it right away. The breakfast is excellent and all the foods and beverages are well-cooked. It is a great place for business meetings, relaxation, or the starting point for a lengthy stay. It has excellent facilities, including an exercise room and indoor pool. In the main lobby area, WiFi and printer stations are also available. Well located, only a few steps from restaurants and gourmet pastry shops and four blocks from a multistory indooroutdoor abc shopping mall with a wide selection of shops including art, wine bars, and eateries serving a wide variety of international menus.

The views from the room are impressive, and the hotel is conveniently located in front of the American University and on Hara Street, a street full of shops and restaurants. The employees are so young, and it is evident in their incredibly friendly and helpful attitude. For 9 nights, we were in a junior suite room, and I can only say positive things. We were generally accommodated on the first floor where we slept one night, but we asked the manager to move us to a higher floor, and the next day we already had it. The rooms are very roomy and contemporary and have all the amenities you could want. Shower with rain, kitchen, microwave, toaster, fridge, a comfortable sofa, and a table where you can enjoy breakfast peacefully. The pool staff is excellent, and it's appreciated that you can serve yourself a lemon and mint water after visiting the hotel at the reception. The taxi they gave us for the airport was very quick. They provide a selection of cushions for relaxing. The hotel is well situated in front of the american university and close to Haman Street, which has shops and restaurants. In 1866, I will undoubtedly return to Beirut. Hotel.

The very beautiful experience in the center of Beirut. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Lebanon and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. The apartments are beautifully furnished, the atmosphere is cozy and clean, and the housekeeping is also excellent.

Overall a nice hotel, but its refurbishment is overdue. The staff is professional, the rooms are reasonably large and clean. Breakfast was tasty despite the shortage of selected food items in the country due to the economic crisis. The hotel is centrally located.

The area is strategic in Beirut so if you need some inspiration to travel to Beirut it is easy to reach. And then, the place was perfectly furnished. After that, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Besides that, every room here was really impressive.

All was fine with no essential comments. The only comment was not to deactivate the room card before check out as I had to climb to floor 10 and the card had been deactivated. This can cause a problem, particularly if the guest book a room on a high floor.

The room size was huge and the food was very good, with limited but good variety. This place is also near to the Abc Mall, Al Real Mastery, Rafa, Hara Street, some areas of the room need maintenance, the bathroom needs something that works better for arabs, not more suitable for Arabs.

This hotel was designed, constructed, and run by a true hotelier with his motto, do it right from the start. No effort has been spared in it's design and finish, right down to the training of the cheerful staff, who offer polished professional services despite the difficult economic, health, and political issues in the country today. Breakfast and all food and beverage services are very good. It is the ideal location for business meetings, relaxation and the base for an extended stay. It has good amenities, including an exercise room and indoor pool. In the main lobby, there is also wifi and computers and printer stations available. Well located just steps away from restaurants and gourmet pastry shops and 4 short blocks from a multistory indooroutdoor abc shopping mall with a variety of shops including art, wine bars and restaurants presenting an international selection of menus.

I highly recommend this hotel. The condition of the hotel is wonderful, the staff here was very helpful and cheerful, it was also an excellent cleaning and housekeeping company. As a result, the check-in process was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Zaitouna Bay. Very clean and peaceful surroundings. The hotel is tidy and has excellent customer service. Unlike other hotels when we arrived late, we checked in very late, and it was a smooth process. They also offered to check out late around rp when they knew our plane was delayed.

It was a pleasant experience to stay here. I spent a few nights here. The hotel is situated in a cool Beirut neighborhood with a variety of cafes and restaurants close by. I had a fantastic room on the top floor with a view of the city. The staff was very professional. The apartment was very spacious with a balcony, a fridge, a big room, a great shower, and plenty of bottled water. Just a few minutes walk from Hara Street and about the downtown area.
