Excellent service from this hotels' staff. There is a mini convenience store in the lobby reception area. The breakfast served for this room rate are value for money. Each floor got lift.

Kamarnya bersih, wangi. Kamar mandi juga bersih & ada tersedia water heater. Hotelnya ada lift & tersedia air minum yang bisa diisi ulang. Pelayan yang sigap dan cekatan.

The princess hotel gave us a pleasant stay. We stayed in a deluxe room, which has a bit more space and two chairs and a table. Because this hotel has no parking area, there was a reserved parking space. The room was very clean and comfortable and looked recently renovated. Everything looked new. The aircon worked well and the control was no problem. The staff was all very friendly. The shower had good pressure and the heater worked well. We booked directly at the hotel and got a rate rm 12 lower than papplication.

I wrote this review to raise awareness of the flora and fauna of this charming fishing village, intending to promote more conservation. East Mount Hotel is the ideal choice for small groups because the majority of homestays, or they prefer to be called resort, cater to larger groups and the whole location is almost deserted if you visit after Friday sat. The local coffee shops served excellent local breakfast, and the seafood supper is reasonably priced because of its foreign exchange advantage. What struck me is how the restaurants and locals handle waste. Food waste, Styrofoam boxes, and most garbage are just dumped into the ocean. Most of these restaurants and homes have part of their buildings stretched into the water by cement stilts. They were hoping that high tide would wash everything from sight. And they have rubbish removal trucks in the morning. I'm wondering what they are thinking or am I just a busy body.

Its in a historic area and is conveniently situated close to the pontiac recoil river. The beds are actually comfy. The room we were given was damp, but it didnt smell. When we checked the restroom, we discovered that the door was not closed and that there was no ventilation fan to draw the moisture out of the toilet! Other than that, the car was given a compound because hotel parking was limited and that we didnt realize we had to park on Sunday, and they did not notice that Friday and Saturday weekends were weekends in the door. It would be interesting to advertise at the front desk and as a reminder to customers. A row of houses at the rear of the hotel should be noted, as well as a few minor things. Dogs bowed throughout the night and a man talked frequently on the phone till about 11 p.m. The front of the hotel faces the main road, so the sound of vehicles is also quite loud. The addition of soundproofing the accommodations would be useful. Ants were also entering the chamber. But the room is clean.

This small 1 star hotel was recently renovated. Very convenient location. There are many restaurants around the hotel. A very friendly and helpful receptionist. I've stayed in many different hotels in Pontiac, and this one has to be the best. Clean room and bright corridors with a covered air well.

This is a small one-star hotel that was recently renovated. The location is also convenient. There are lots of eateries near this hotel. The receptionist is very kind and accommodating. I have stayed in many different hotels in Pontiac, but this one is by far the best. Rooms are clean and bright, with covered air conditioning.

We reserved a room with a view of the sea and the Pula Yuku. The room size was average for 3 adults and 2 children but it was a nice experience to explore a Yuku chinese village. The locals here are generally nice but the food they served here isn't cheap.

It is located in the old town and is centrally located next to the Pontiac Recoil river. When it came to the beds, they are comfy and damp. However, the room we got had a wet, wet odor. When I checked the bathroom, I saw that the door was not closed and that the toilet had no ventilation fan. Apart from that, the hotel parking lot was full and I didn't realize we had to put parking on Sunday not realizing that weekends in the door are friday and Saturday. It would be good to display at the front desk and remind customers. There are small details to note, there is a row of houses at the back of the hotel. Dogs were barking all night and a man on the phone till almost 11 pm. The front of the hotel faces the main road so the sound of the cars is also quite loud. Soundproofing the rooms a little more would help. Ants were also getting into the room. Other than that, the room is clean, but it's fine.

We booked a 4 person family room that is quite spacious. There is no view and a bit of smell. The location is very strategic, right in front of the jetty and in the centre of the attractions. There are also a few restaurants right across the street. Think it's overpriced for the facilities.

Since this hotel doesn't have a parking lot, there was a reserved parking spot, so we didn't have to worry about parking. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it appeared to have recently been renovated. Everything appeared new. The aircon worked well, and the control was flawless. The personnel was all really friendly. The shower had good pressure, and the heater worked fine. We reserved directly at the hotel and got a rate RM 12 less than Papplication.

I stayed in a 4 person family room. Very spacious. Sadly, no view and a bit of a smell. Great location, right in front of the jetty and in the center of attractions. Several restaurants across the street. Think overpriced for the facilities.
