The breakfast is delicious, there are lots of variations on the menu. The staff is also very friendly. The mattress is soft and comfortable, everything from the room to the bathroom is very clean

Overall, an extremely bad experience. The AC didn't work, there was incredibly loud music until twilight on both nights, cockroaches were found in the bathroom, the balcony window was covered in pigeon poop, so we couldn't even get any fresh air, pigeon poop is very dangerous and can cause a variety of diseases. We could not get toilet paper, only one towel was provided, the wardrobe door was broken, and the only bedding was a soiled fluffy blanket without a top sheet, that didn't work, I requested the manager to turn down the music on the second night, but they did not bother. Given the price, I wasn't expecting much, but this was generally awful, so I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. I tried really hard to find positive things, cleaning the bottom sheet, complimentary water each, and the morning papers downstairs. We remained at this hotel in a twin room in November 2022.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. Pigeon poop is very dangerous and can cause numerous diseases, using some power sockets made the lights flicker, there was no toilet paper provided, only one towel, the wardrobe door was broken, the only bedding was a stained fluffy blanket without a top sheet that didn't work. On the second night I requested the manager to turn down the music, but they didn't bother. Given the price, I wasn't expecting much, but this was generally terrible and would not recommend anyone stay here. I made an effort to find good things like a clean bottom sheet, soap and shampoo, a free bottle of water per person, and morning papers downstairs. We stayed in this hotel in a twin room in November 2022.

Very clean and cozy, central location, and excellent value for money. I asked for breakfast to be added to the hotel. Excellent choice. The manager, from start to finish, and the chief, were very kind and went above and beyond for you. The rooftop pool is small but adequate, as well as the large dry steam sauna that I use regularly during my short stay.

I stayed for 10 days. The location is good as you will find all the shopping options nearby. Hotel staff are very helpful and supportive. Need a little improvement on the swimming pool area especially during the evening.

I really adore this hotel and the amazing staff. I will not forget the wonderful rooms. Room cleaning is quite satisfactory and the food is amazing. The service team is very fast. Loved my stay and thank you for making it a great experience. The staff at the reception make my trip so easy.

In a must business district called Randudi, a lovely and cozy hotel. This is only a present given the price we spent on a double room with breakfast at 50 dollars. Parking is free, restaurants and stores are close by, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the internet is fast. The historical center, the palace of the Sultan, and the museum are about 4 kilometers away, both of which are the top choices for city buses. I would highlight two aspects that are poor. 1. Breakfast is included in the cost, but is made entirely for Indian tourists, who are likely the majority of the customers. If you dislike traditional Indian foods stuffed with peppers and spices, there are many such dishes, and Indian tourists will probably be satisfied, your breakfast will be made with eggs, tomatoes, and bread. The pool is accessible, but it appeared dirty to us. Also, we did not observe other visitors swimming in the pool.

This is a nice hotel with Turkish baths and saunas. The pool is unfortunately closed at 7 am. The room and bathroom are a good size. It reminds me of a time when hotels were quiet and carpets were thick on the floor. There are some nice seating areas. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The area is a shopping mecca and money exchanges are plentiful with far better rates than the airport.
