It's a beautiful place where my hopes of seeing snow fall are realized. The place is tidy and inviting, and it has plenty of cooking utensils. I prepared food for the family by bringing my halal meat I instant foods. Because it is cold and cold, bring your own food supplies because there aren't any halal items up here. The soap set for the utensils was brought. It's on the floor, and the owners are incredibly kind. They escorted us to a much less expensive location than the resorts for renting ski equipment. A family with a personal trainer 2 his lesson cost 150 00 won and 20 00 won each for ski equipment I clothing. A ski goggle and helmet must be purchased separately.

Checking in went smoothly. The elevator may take some time because there are only two available. This location's proximity to the ski resort is a huge plus. The lobby is big and can hold tourists, but a few more seats would be nice. The lobby's fireplace is a big aid. They should be more tourist-friendly by anticipating visitor needs, such as tourist information on their shuttle to the train station. The room was spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, and had a nice view of the ski resort. If we didn't miss the shuttle to the train station, check-out would have been ideal, leaving us with the option of walking out of the hotel onto the street carrying our baggage, finding a cab to the intercity bus terminal, and finding a taxi.

I spent two nights in the olympic games. The hotel's accessibility was superb. When the opening ceremony was over, it took me seven minutes to reach the hotel. I believe this information isn't particularly important if you intend to return after the games because the stadium will be dismantled after the games. The hotel is very basic. I won't say anything about the cost, but it was clearly too expensive due to the games. I kept the window open all the time, even at night, because the room was extremely heated. There was no remote control, so I couldn't use the air conditioner. When I inquired about one at the front desk, I was informed that air conditioning could not be used in that winter. Well at least the gentleman apologized for the inconvenience. The room's interior was antiquated, but it was clean with a huge bed, towels, and free water in the fridge. Every day, cleaning services are offered. Bathroom hot water with excellent pressure. On my second day there, the lock broke down and I was unable to enter, so the personnel had to help me. After that, when I was outside, they replaced the whole lock. Well, that was pretty frustrating. But overall, it's still fine for a brief visit.

We stayed here for 5 days over christmas and can't rate the level of service enough. The hosts are great and arranged ski equipment, passes and drove us to the slopes every day and picked us up. Nothing was too much trouble we just cannot start to return the accommodation or the generosity of the owners enough.

We reserved the hotel as part of the it's in the stop package, which included beautiful, branded amenities and a trip to the filming location. The hotel had a merchandise store as well. It appeared to be low season for hotels ski in winter and water parks in summer, but the hotel was swarming its fans after the concert and the staff was a little overwhelmed by the number of foreign guests. The staff did their best and was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and clean. The view of the autumn colored forest from the window seat cushions is very nice, and the bathroom amenities smell very good. Since the free hotel shuttle bus operated smoothly, getting to the hotel from the train station was surprisingly simple. The hotel isn't quite much close to the hotel, but luckily there is a cu convenience store on the property. Dinner was in the hotel buffet restaurant, which was fantastic.

Check in was good. The wait for the elevator can be quite long because they only have two. It's close to the ski resort is a big advantage. The lobby is large and can accommodate waiting people, but a few more seats would be nice. The fireplace in the lobby is a great help. They should be more touristfriendly by anticipating tourists' needs, like information about their train station shuttle, among others. The room was large and had just the right amenities and a nice view of the ski resort. Checkout would have been perfect if only we didn't miss the shuttle to the train station, leaving us with the option of walking out of the hotel to the street carrying our pieces of luggage in the freezing and windy winter weather, finding a cab to the intercity bus terminal, etc.

Great hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful even very limit in english (me too), they give free shuttle bus to yong pyong resort on weekend start from friday-sunday. The view of tge hotel is so wonderful. Definately will stay here if i go to Korea. i love Korean people..kamsahamnida
