The rooms are nice for a family. And there is a smart across the street for all basic necessities. Expect no service from the front desk. They asked us to pay in full upfront and did not help with our baggage. Also not very helpful with directions back to town. There is no restaurant here at the hotel! Apparently, they serve only. So again do not expect room service. There is a nice Korean restaurant around the corner. It doesn't meet 4 star expectations, but it met our purpose.

The Hotel Avay Symphony is a nice business hotel with all the conveniences of fast internet and a large room. The shower is good, with a unique body shower. The front desk employees are very friendly and eager to help. The hotel is near to home plus a mart, where a large food court is available for fast food. Yeongtong subway station is nearby and a place to see with a single escalator of 45 meters. The hotel's breakfast is the only drawback, and it is small with traditional Korean cuisine. I could eat just some rice with kimchi.

Kami menginap di Ramada Hotel saat sampai di Incheon. Kamarnya sangat nyaman dan membuat tidur kami lelap. Menu sarapannya juga beragam dan rasanya enak-enak. Sangat memuaskan.

We stayed here because we wanted to take the kids to the Caribbean and the Overland. The overland shuttle stop is just a short stroll from the hotel. A nice Korean restaurant is right around the corner. A family room is nice. And there is a smart across the street for all the necessities. Expect no front desk support. They did not help with our luggage or requested payment in advance. It's also not very helpful for getting directions back to town. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant! Apparently, they only serve food. So, again, don't expect room service. This does not live up to four star standards, but it did the job.

I stayed here because I wanted to take my kids to the coast and Caribbean Bay. The bus stop is just a short walk from the hotel. The room is ideal for a family. And, a smart across the street offers all essentials. Expect nothing from the front desk. They asked us to pay in advance and did not assist with our baggage. They are also not very helpful in providing directions back to town. There is no restaurant near the hotel! They reportedly only serve food. So again, do not anticipate room service. Around the corner is a wonderful Korean restaurant. This definitely does not up to the 4 star level, but it served its purpose.

We remained here as we wanted to take the kids out on land and the Caribbean. The hotel is close to the ocean shuttle station. A family will enjoy a spacious room. And there is a smart across the street for all essentials. Expect nothing from the reception. They requested our upfront payment and did not assist with our baggage. Also, not particularly helpful with directions back into town. This hotel does not have a restaurant! They appear to only provide food. Hence, don't anticipate room service. A nice Korean restaurant is around the corner. I agree that this did not exceed our fourstar standards, but it fulfilled our purpose.

This place has a lovely clean room and the internet is very fast! The room has a large bathroom with Jacuzzi and the scent of cigarettes is at the walkway, but if you like this place it can be a place to ask for a non-smoking area.

The facilities were good. The room has air conditioning and an air conditioning unit, plus there is a microwave. The bathroom is spacious and has a jacuzzi. The flooring of the room is very nice. The downside is the limited variety at breakfast.

Menginap di Hotel Kota Suwon memberikan pengalaman yang khas. Interior dan fasilitasnya modern, shower, tempat tidur, dan lainlain, dan juga terasa budaya Korea dengan adanya pembeda walaupun hanya sedikit ruang untuk meletakkan sepatu termasuk desain sandal kamarnya.

This hotel has excellent facilities. The room has a large size with a jacuzzi. It also has air conditioning and a refrigerator. There is also a microwave here. However, the breakfast is limited in variety.
