This hotel is not too bad and the hotel is reasonably priced. However, they need to invest in bottles of bottles for international customers. They can also stock the fridge. The rooms are also not nice enough for a towel and a pillow. Staff could be more friendly. There was no alcohol, no slippers or pillows.

I had a two-night visit here. First and foremost, I must say that the staff is meticulous in their cleaning and disinfection procedures. The heating system and rooms are spotless. The toilets and showers will not displease the users. They are spotless and tidy. The hotel's price is fair and reasonable for its quality. For two days, I spent in this space eating breakfast and dinner. The meal is wonderful and delectable. If the breakfast was offered as an open buffet, maybe it would have provided better service. The dinner selection and delectable cuisine are excellent. Around 1. 3 a.m., the hotel's location is quite far from the tram line. It is conveniently close to the Kaiser chamber of commerce and Kaiser chamber of business. The accommodations are well-kept, so even though it is on the high side, no sound is heard throughout the night. You can see it snowing from the window. The restaurant could be the only area that could be improved. The saloon is cold either at breakfast or at dinner time. You can be certain that you will be at ease here if you travel to Kaiser for a business or family vacation. Regards, Mustafa Cekirge.

Overall, this is a solid value hotel, and I can heartily suggest it. We reserved this on the basis of trip advisor reviews, and we were incredibly pleased with how it has built up to its reputation. The check-in process was fast, and the personnel was very courteous. Our room was large and furnished with all the necessary amenities. The marble, steel, glass, and mirrors in the restroom sparkled better than some more upscale venues I've stayed in. So, the housekeeping receives highest marks. The motel was relatively peaceful at night, and being off the main road means that relatively little traffic passes or at least it is not noisy as the main road. The selection was far superior to what could reasonably be eaten during breakfast, which was an open buffet. Because I was a foreigner, many of the dishes were best suited for a simple evening meal, but that is just a frank observation and not a criticism they accommodated all preferences. They have without a doubt done everything they can to make visitors comfortable. Why don't I give 5? I might be picky, but the drapes let in too much light. The mattress was a little too firm for my taste, there weren't enough pillows, and the bathroom had a musty smell. Turkey, presumably, is not something the hotel can do. And fresh fruit for brunch is what I would have

The location was strategically located near a major commercial street in Kaiser and 2 minutes away from the historical center. The receptionists were very helpful especially during the earthquake, the room was spacious, clean and with a comfy bed, and the breakfast buffet was good too.

It was economical for Kaiser so we decided to book for two nights. It may just be the scent of cigarette smoke that is the only drawback, but, to be honest, we did not request a smoke-free room. The room was equipped with shampoo, soap, towels, a hair dryer, and a television. The bathroom was immaculate. This is an attractive buffet breakfast. There is a welcoming lobby that serves free Turkish tea. The decor is also quite worn out and shabby. The atmosphere is also in the middle of the bazaar. Our first impression of being pleasantly amazed to discover that it was clean, welcoming, and in such a good spot. It was close to the bazaar. Even though the staff didn't speak much English, they made us feel welcome. We have a comfortable place to stop for a few nights overall.

I highly recommend it, staying during a ski holiday and also very happy to be the manager of this hotel Zubeyde. I will be back here again the following year. kaiser loft was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. It was also delicious.

Very nice and helpful personnel. They greeted me warmly and kindly by reminding me that my room was ready for me right away when I asked for early check-in. The room was compact but tidy. In the middle of the night, a decent taxi was summoned to pick me up. My brief stay was ruined by an unfortunate transfer. In terms of location, the hotel is ideally located near the city center and only a 15-minute drive from the airport. I will return without a doubt. The internet's poor quality is the only thing I can criticize.

This is a handy hotel that is only a short distance from all of Kaiser's attractions. The hotel is very easy to find. It is available for reservation through the receptions summer phone. Due to my repeated attempts to use my cellphone to communicate in Turkish, the novel computer could not access the web site, which required me to check in with sulfur. The receptionist's assistance was excellent, making us all a little uneasy about what we wanted for dinner. It's good to have a variety of vegetarian breakfast options, especially the egg, which I never found to be suitable for vegetarians. The cost of a taxi from kaiser airport to the airport should not exceed 50, but for ibis Kaiser, the cost shouldn't be more than 50, so make sure to hire a metered taxi.

The hotel is very well located, close to the active historical city center of Kaiser city. The room is clean and comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful and helped us with our requests. The room service was very good. The stay was good.

The breakfast is poor and the service is not so good. They say they speak English but it is also very poor. The rooms are ok. The reception didn't give us much information about the environment. Like where you can find restaurants or supermarkets. The garden looks a bit chaotic and the breakfast lobby seems outdated. The view is beautiful. Not internationally inviting.

If we had more time, we would have gone to this location because we did not really like Kaiser. The staff was pleasant but not even one word of English was spoken by any of them, making communicating difficult. However, we worked around this issue using Google Translate. I wouldn't stay at the buy hotel once more. A positive aspect of this hotel is that it is located in the city center. We reserved a family room, which was basic but roomy and clean. We stayed in Kaiser for one night because we had an early flight the following day. After we got in the gorge, we discovered that we could have taken the shuttle early to get there in time for the flight. Its an hour journey from Kaiser Airport to Kaiser. We wouldn't have chosen this option because we didn't like Kaiser.

Overall, the hotel is very good value. The staff is very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, despite having limited air conditioning. Breakfast provided is fresh, regional, and tasty.

I like the comfort and the comfort, because of the room size but not in line with European standards, the decor is modern and well maintained, the AC was functional, and a free breakfast was provided. We got a twin bed in our room.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff were friendly but did not speak very well English. The bathroom was efficient and clean. Housekeeping is effective. Breakfast is served on the roof, the view is nice, and the food is excellent local food. There is parking available. We had two rooms, one of which was in front of the hotel and when you opened the windows it was noisy. The air conditioner worked fine. There is a taxi stop close to the hotel. The castle is a ten minute walk away. The internet connection was excellent, even if access is challenging, you can use the passport number as an additional login.

I always feel safe and comfortable here, and the facilities are excellent, especially for the receptionist and subcategory staff, and it's nice that everyone is polite and well behaved. It has a gym salon during quarantine days, and it also has a fantastic garden.

I got a place here that was quite good with nice service and good food. They also provide a card system in which all lights and air conditioning go off when you leave. I did not find one channel that was in English, so I'm not sure. The breakfast was okay.
