The best kid's experience ever! The rooms, staff, and food are all superior. I have stayed there many times and each time I appreciate the hotel. The food at Teatro Restaurant is of the highest caliber and the staff is very efficient. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located in the heart of Kiev, so easily accessible to many places. The room was clean and spotless, plus the place was good as a spa pool and fitness center as well as fantastic food at room service.

After writing in advance to the hotel manager, I spent two nights there. Her reaction, her admiration, and assistance were unquestionably outstanding. It was an absolutely terrific experience from arrival to departure. She personally wrote me a note and provided me with a fruit bowl as a welcome gesture. The employees were extremely welcoming and accommodating, even going above and beyond to assist me when I required them. They gave me directions and also volunteered whenever I needed them. The accommodations are very cosy and spotless. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I'll undoubtedly visit again because it is well worth it. A stunning hotel with a lovely setting. Very secluded and idyllic! It's extremely close to the main attractions, and particularly the Ukrainian national opera and ballet, which is also worthwhile to check out. The cuisine was fantastic, the setting was so calming and beautiful. No comfort was overlooked. From the initial greetings and greetings to the daily smiles and grins, to the culinary offerings, to the attentive assistance. Dear Irina Lipatova, thank you for making me feel special. We are a group of journalists covering the invasion of Ukraine and heroic resistance by the Russian Federation. And this hotel is a lot in that regard a place of civility, luxury, old-style class, comfort, and respite. And more importantly, something to return to in peacetime. The building is wonderful, evocative of an elegance that is almost lost to Western Europe or the usa. After half a century of traveling the world for work, the staff is the most delightful and kind I have encountered. They are professionally strict and perfectionist, but most importantly personal and kind. And, it must be noted, poignant so in the context of this war, generously sharing their stories. But equally eager to talk football and their favorite music.. You can be lofty and distant with the good people who work here if you want, but your stay will be enhanced by curiosity and familiarity. I was given a lovely guide book to Ukraine when I left. The whole ethos is just amazing. Where else do your laundry your old Levi shirt and 501 jeans come back in a wooden box hidden by a pressed serviette? Where else is a delectable loaf of warm freshly baked bread to accompany the chess board served wrapped in a ribbon? Your back in lost luxury and level of service one imagines from the 1920 s movies, but your not in the wonderful, heroic

Opera Hotel is a 20 minute walk from the main train station and a 10 minute walk from the opera house. Hotel rooms are very cozy, Situated in a nice and calm neighborhood. They of course come with all the usual amenities, including a bathtub of this level. Everything clean and comfortable the breakfast is among the most expensive in the city. But their egg Benedict is amazing. The service was excellent. But sadly they don't have 100% control over who ordered what. At check-out they asked us to pay for another customer's breakfast. We explained it wasn't our bill and no problem. But something like this shouldn't happen.

I really recommend this hotel, it has a great location, and a friendly staff, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere and comfortable bed every time I visit Kiev, the staff are very polite and helpful.

Very impressive hotel. Stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The room was fantastic and big and had everything we needed. The reception staff was very efficient and polite. Had a few delicious meals in the hotel. The decor is amazing and the reception is beautiful.

The Premier Palace Hotel in Kiev is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Clean, well-organized with a breathtaking historic atmosphere I had the impression it was back in 1910. This hotel has so much history that I could walk through the corridors like I was in a titanic movie, so incredible. The facilities, food and beverage, in-room dining and bars far exceed the standard of the five hotels in the world. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. To name a few examples, the front office provided me with two power socket adapters for my room for no additional charge, and the concierge team went out of the hotel to purchase me ice packs for the caviar I purchased in order to travel back. The casino and spa staff are always smiling and greeting politely, everyone is so attentive to anticipate their guests needs. This location has hospitality in their DNA. You really impressed me to the core. I can't wait to come back!.

I remained here for 4 days and it's a great hotel in general. It's one of the biggest luxury hotels in children. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A bellhop arrives and takes your luggage to your room. The spa and pool were excellent. But this is probably the only 5 star hotel I've ever visited that doesn't have iron in every room. I had to call room service and they told me there was only one iron in the whole hotel and this was lost. The rooftop bar is great. Nice view and very friendly waitresses. However, the hostess who is supposed to take you to a free table just points somewhere and says take whatever you want. Then she comes and says you can't take this table, which happened almost every time. It's quite rude and not at all on the level expected from a hotel of this level.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Hamilton. Perfect. Everything is brand new. Interior was beautifully designed. Excellent really. I had dinner in the hotel and they served very lovely steaks and lemonade made with passion fruit. The rooms are very clean. Everything is good.

This day is not a nightmare, and I have a wonderful day. The staff was friendly, helpful, and effective. The breakfast was amazing. The pool is a sizeable and lovely area. The room was roomy and modern, as well as an excellent desk. Iron and ironing board in the room.

Very nice and good hotel I've always been there, and I'll undoubtedly return because it appears to have an italian chef, but in the restaurant, I never did. The breakfast area is very nice and spacious, and there is a good variety of fresh produce, including oranges. The front desk is incredibly competent, and the staff is courteous. It is possible to eat lunch and dinner on the exquisite ground floor with the same restaurant and lounge cuisine. It's preferable to refuse any change since it's inadequate. Prior to that, normal banking was fine, but as they have contracted to a private bank, making the switch no longer convenient. When exiting the hotel, turn out a 100-meter area to the right, and on the opposite side, there is a bank green color where you change frequently.

The best place for a kid to stay. Great friendly service, all perfectly clean, good lightning throughout, quick elevators, great spa, good food, smells clean, concierge service, excellent reception staff who speak English and Spanish fluently.
