I've been going to this hotel for several years, has my family been going on a holiday weekend? The staff is always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and they go out of their way to get you something without cheese if necessary. We like the pool and the workout room is enough for a decent workout. nothing fancy, just good quality!.

This hotel is clean, and I could see the hotel staff regularly cleaning all surfaces due to corrosion. The room was very comfortable, and the ac worked very well which was important during this recent heatwave. This hotel staff was really friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very comfortable, and the ac worked very well which was crucial during this recent heatwave. There is plenty of free parking onsite.

The room is clean and neat with a well-stocked kitchenette. The staff is very friendly, helpful and friendly. This room is located in a hill. There are no rooms on one side of the hall on the first floor. On my way to the gym and pool, I walked through the first floor, and it sounded like a basement to me. Maybe it's something different for other people.

Its hard to say enough good things about this hotel. Stayed 5 nights in a very large king bed suite over christmas. Kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Very clean hotel overall with lovely pool, exercise, and game room. Nice breakfast with good choices. Very nice and helpful staff but the best touch was hot chocolate with marshmallows and whip cream as well as wrapping paper, scissors and tape in the lobby. Great idea for a low cost.

We are very satisfied with this hotel. They are also very hospitable and it is close to the restaurants. They also have a small bar area. The only downside, when we checked in, some of the rooms we were booked had a musty smell. Maybe, this is something they may want to look into, but overall, it was very good.

The atmosphere and design are impressive. The receptionist is extremely helpful. Everything looks brand new and smells wonderful. Breakfast is served free of charge in the morning. The rooms are a good size! Love the small kitchen, sofa, etc.. Many interesting places are easily accessible by foot. In the vicinity, there is a cute coffee shop, barracks Guac, and Thai restaurants.

I will stay here again. So let's start with the positives, spent three days and two nights here. Check-in went smoothly. We arrived early, and we were immediately served. Breakfast was excellent and fresh, and dinner and the bar were both excellent. The room was mostly tidy. The staff was quite pleasant. fantastically located across from the mall! The negative aspects of this hotel are outdated. The ceiling tiles in the room were falling apart, and the hair drier was sticky and filthy. The hotel's common areas appeared filthy and less tidy than those in the rooms. However, everyone was lovely, and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel was very welcoming from the front desk clerks hernia dre and bra who greeted us with a smile every morning after working all night as travel nurses, to the delicious breakfast prepared by anna lise felicia and others, to the managers and general managers dennis and linda, who welcomed us and said thank you for staying at our hotel everyone knew us by name, housekeeping when I was away every week to arrange a day that worked with our sleep schedule thank you, we lived in a lovely 2-bedroom hotel. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with a shared kitchen and living room, perfect for travel nurses we felt safe, we felt appreciated, and we are going to miss these lovely people on her next assignment.

I feel a little offended giving this hotel only three stars because the people who manage the facility, work at the front desk, and clean the rooms are all really nice and very helpful and really want the stay to be as pleasant as possible. However, they are limited in what they can work with because the rooms require some major makeovers and upgrades. Over the past few months, I have stayed at the hotel for a total of 13 nights in 3 separate stays, and each room I have stayed in requires work beds are lumpy and mattress springs are collapsed, bathrooms need more thorough cleaning, sinks need unclog, furniture needs thorough cleaning candor replacement, and rugs need cleaning. And perhaps the worst thing is something the hotel cant control the outside noise is beyond ridiculous as it appears every car in St. Matthews missing a muffler and has 10, 00 watt subwoofers and feels compelled to rev the engine as they drive around downtown. Stanford really needs to enforce a noise ordinance for motor vehicles because the noise level is ridiculous and goes on until early hours almost every night, especially fridays and Sundays. While I would like to stay in St. Matthews where I do business, I will no longer stay in the city because of the noise and the lack of quality updated hotels. Again, the hotel staff is excellent but cant match the subpar hotel conditions and noise in

I remained at this hotel for 8 days. The front desk personnel were fantastic, especially Julia. The housekeeping crew was lovely to me. I was able to speak with Julia, Olga, and Maya, all of whom were very accommodating. The most amazing part of my visit was meeting michelle, who runs the breakfast buffet. She keeps the area immaculate and welcomes everyone with a warm smile and a charming manner. I've been staying at Hampton inns for decades and have never seen the breakfast area so nicely maintained. It made my visit even more enjoyable. The peace and quiet it was another excellent aspect of my trip was its tranquility. There are no loud people or slamming doors in the hallways at night.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is obvious that the rooms need updating, but the hard-working staff is really well-trained and professional. Everyone we encountered, from bartenders to housekeepers to front-facing employees, was thoughtful and helpful. I want to thank Ernest at the front desk for going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was unforgettable.

Definitely will come back to stay here again, it has amazing atmosphere, this place offers a very clean and spacious room, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range. The location was also great, with many options for lunch or dinner nearby.

Very good, so very convenient to visit and close to the tourist places, i.e. central location. The area can be very noisy at night as some locals like to test their cards and bikes loudly. Room size is large for us standard, this hotel needs a renovation sooner, the breakfast was good and fast. Definitely a friendly service.

I always stay here when we are in town. The staff is always fantastic and the rooms are comfortable and consistent. Jessica welcomed us warmly, had out the room key and a bottle of water in my hands quickly. They have a delicious little breakfast in the morning too! The only trick here is that some of the rooms have an odd layout with a double door entrance to the bathroom directly across from the bed, making my old bladder midnight trip to the bank harder to keep secret.
