I wouldn't say this is the best hostel, but definitely above many standards. I stayed in the male dorms and the beds were super comfortable. Some notable points - - They have a small kitchenette and utensils you can borrow with free drinking water and coffee which is great - reading lounge and printers were available - towels available to rent - overall passed the hostel vibe check My 3 annoyances were - the AC in the dorms were so weak, that I was sweating during the night. It gets hot in the 8 bed dorms in night. - Toilets were pretty decent. I felt they needed a bit more ventilation and lighting as they had a slight stinking odour. But quite manageable if you're used to hostels. - you have to check out on your own, meaning remove blankets, covers and sheets and put them in a bin yourself as part of the checkout procedure. Again, nothing too intense but good to note. Located very conveniently at 8 mins walk from Taipei main station. Perfect for solo and budget traveller's to stay and meet new interesting people

I stayed here for three nights, and it was a very comfortable experience. Each guest receives a complimentary wellness treatment, which can be enjoyed at a nearby facility.

Lokasi agak di dalam tapi bagus dan nyaman. Pelayanan ramah dan cepat, komunikasi juga mudah. Resepsionis membantu mengarahkan jalan dan transport. Kualitas tidur luar biasa.

The photo they use of the upstairs bar is probably their most terrible feature. Four of us spent four nights here and it was exceptional in every way. We were greeted and sat in their courtyard drinking tea while our bags were carried upstairs. Our rooms were small but very comfortable, with scarlet and gold curtains. Breakfast was odd but quite adequate gruel, pumpkin pancakes, boiled eggs, and a variety of very sweet cakes. The position was also excellent. Near register and a short stroll down Taschkentskaya to the main bazaar.

The place is cool, cool, weird, and magical. The price is amazing: $9 per night. There was an air conditioner in the room, but since the power point wasnt working, the device was useless! The air conditioner was broken. I could have stayed at a different hotel, but the room was clean and the breakfast was great. I was on the top floor and had no issues with the wifi, but I had to find a working power point! The view from the top was incredible from behind the desk. The room was basic, the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillow was hard. Everything you could possibly need to do to upgrade the building was just a little bit. The location is excellent. A walk in less than five minutes will get you to the register.

The location of the hotel is in the center of everything including the register square. I appreciated the staff's availability to store my baggage even after checking out because my train to Taschkent departed in the early evening.

Overall a pleasant experience. Excellent value for money. Nice and cosy setting very close to register square. Checking went without a hitch. We were introduced with delicious green tea. Staff members also assisted us with the bags. Register Square is the main attraction just 35 minutes away on foot. The nearby Bibikhanum mosque is also close by. With 3 beds, the room was adequate. The size of the room was a little small, but that didn't bother us much because we were out and about the entire day to see attractions. The restroom was immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. It was a bonus that they also had vegetarian options. Free wifi was adequate. Also, check-out went smoothly. We also had access to our luggage after checking out, especially since our train was in the evening. However, there needs to be a bathroom shower in the room. You can get both hot or cold water, but not mixed. This needs to be fixed.
