Hotel mule is a fantastic place to stay for business or pleasure in Tail. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. WiFi works fast everywhere. A shared working space is wellequipped on the top floor. The pool and gym are on the top floor and also great. The hotel is well located and has a parking garage. Joan, rocco and cecilia at reception were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Mule Hotel for a stay in Tail.

The room was amazing, and the view and location were amazing, but that's about it. The pool was worse than other hotels of the lower category and price, and the breakfast was average as the attention. If you dont plan to stay all day in your room, book somewhere else.

It may be the best hotel in town but I arrived late at night and left in the morning. I had a great time there, and everything worked perfectly. If you can, go to the little restaurant there. Food is delicious, and service is also top-notch.

The hotel is located in a prime area, and the facilities are new, but the common areas are not big if the hotel is fully booked. Breakfast is served on a regular schedule from 07.00 to 10.30, however there are in no way any tables available because people are queuing and no one has a quiet breakfast. The gym and pool area are very small and only fit two families. Additionally, the parking place is insufficient, making parking down the street insufficient. The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and the personnel is nice and helpful, but there are better places for reasonably priced prices.

Mugen is a centrally situated upscale hotel with a contemporary look and top floor fitness center. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had a big bathroom. There was a safe box and a useful wardrobe with numerous sections. The room had a handy kitchen with a full set of dishes, a microwave oven, a couch, and a small table. The bed was enormous and soft, with several cushions to choose from. There was a balcony with contemporary chairs with an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was great, with many options like bread, pastries, yogurt, cereals, ham, cheese, butter, creamy cheese, and jam. Perhaps it was a little short for croissant varieties. The hotel has a parking lot under it that is very helpful, but it may be crowded or even full if the hotel is complete. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I had a problem with the bathroom that needed maintenance, but nothing broke my stay. The only thing that went south was the internet, with terrible signal quality on many floors.
