A mistake in booking through a pipeline. Only one element impressed me, it's a manager. Very nice and professional, I will give him 5 stars. I didn't like the idea that the bathroom and toilet are in the hallway, then no shampoo or soap there. The room was very small but clean.4,4/54 Jul 2023

This is a reused student accommodation. Good location and relatively easy to get to by bus, close to amenities such as the mall where you can buy a travel pass, friendly and super helpful staff, recently remodeled and looks very clean new and fresh. The communal kitchen is large and as is the communal hang our area which has board games and other games consoles and arcade games, rooms have fridges and microwaves, free coffee not very good but free is free! Cons early check-in wasn't available, the rooms are quite compact, it was fine for me as a solo traveler, but it may not be for others. The lobby was clean, but the room could have been cleaner, there was hair on the floor from the previous person, and the floor and skirting boards were very dusty. They are clearly understaffed reception was always very busy, one staff member tried to do many things at once answering the phone and making reservations from there, dealing with other travellers, making coffee, so there was always a wait, which wasn't great if you were in a hurry. They also have a strange rule where you must pay more for any guests in your room. Verdict I would stay again but would it be a 5 experience if the improvements to the items mentioned above4,4/524 Jun 2023

It's easier to get to than the cod peaceful location with some greenery. And then, the room size was large and comfortable, including the kitchenette. After that, the corridor is bright and airy. Subsequently, the parking on-site was simple.4,8/53 Mei 2023

There was a very limited breakfast coffee machine, a 3 jugs of bread, 23 types of baked beans, scrambled egg sausages, bacon cereal, and fruit, and a few pastries, however, there was no cheese, ham, or tomatoes for sandwiches, just butter and jam. The housekeeping service was terrible at first, but it was terrible by the end. The bed was broken, not even cleaning the mugs or replacing the coffee, not replacing fresh towels, and not vacuuming the new carpet. The Macquarie Shopping Complex, an enormous complex of shops, stores, and restaurants, is only a short walk from the hotel, which was a good thing about this hotel.4,4/58 Feb 2023

The ac in the room was not working properly, the fan heater was provided. The contractors were allowed into the room without my agreement and not there. The bed was comfortable, there was no toaster, the room was average in size, and the hotel was close to the hospital.4,4/514 Jan 2023

After the bus ride home from the city, I was thirsty. Visit the royal for $6 schooner. We stayed for dinner and had two for one steaks with pepper sauce and beer battered fries. Ill be back and bring a bigger group of friends.4,8/53 Jan 2023

Our stay here and other hotels close to Macquarie center is quite frequent. This is more expensive than the mercury old travelodge and must, but it is also a more pleasant stay and breakfast is included. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The hotel is contemporary and clean and the basement parking area is handy. It costs $15 per day or is included in some room rates. The only negative comment is that breakfast has never met precouid standards. Today for example scrambled eggs were burnt and bacon wasn't topped up all day we were there. The coffee is good and makes your day start to filling.4,6/59 Nov 2022

There is a coffee club on site right next to the hotel's front door. There was a complimentary shuttle service to Macquarie Park that I didn't use. The price was affordable. This hotel was in a business area, but the location exceeded my expectations. It had a relaxing check-in, and my room was ready when I arrived, right before rp. It was a room with a view of the hotel's front driveway and right next to the lift, but thankfully it wasn't noisy. The room was small, but it had room for a lovely sofa and a working desklamp area. With a nice assortment of pillows, the bed was very comfortable. The shower and toilet areas were nicely separated, making good use of the cramped space. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficient, with a choice of two yoghurts, two juice, simple coffee, cerealtoastpastry. Mini sausage, scrambled egg, bacon, and baked beans were among the breakfast I ordered. While it was a limited amount, it was more than enough.4,4/59 Nov 2022

First visit to the Irish bistro for lunch on Saturday. It was a big group, and they catered very well to us. The food was excellent, and there was a 241 price offer. The lamb shanks were very tender. The room was nice with some facilities like a balcony, good smelling scotch, and the size of the room was comfortable for 6 people. The check-in process was so awkward, we had to park in front of the car park gates and go search for reception to allow parking access only to have to go up to reception to end the process.4,2/527 Sep 2022

The hotel is clean, comfortable, contemporary, reasonably priced, and in a quiet location near several bus routes and the Macquarie shopping center. The reception staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are modern, clean, quiet, and have comfortable beds. The tes have chrome cast, allowing you to stream from your phone or tablet, which I prefer over boxtel and expensive movie channels. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a coffee club next door that sells various meals and drinks. Breakfast is a continental buffet, but it has some good options and is included in the room rate. The hotel has other amenities, such as a self-service laundry and a gym.4,8/521 Agt 2022

We have recommended this hotel to others if you are seeking quality 3 to 4 stars. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in November and found it to have everything you require for a good stay. The room was small but very clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent but had a glass door that turned into a shower door? The buffet breakfast had enough choices to make for a good meal. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a coffee club next to it which offers a small selection of food for lunch or dinner. The personnel we dealt with were excellent in the service they provided. The hotel is located in a business district, so it is best for short stays. The Macquarie center and Metro trains are a short walk away. We found the hotel to be excellent value because they offer a special rate for seniors.4,8/57 Mar 2022

I highly recommend this place. At this hotel eatery, we got the opportunity to try their 350-gram prime rib eye stakes. The price is only $40 and they offer two dinners on a single day of the week. The rib eye stakes they serve are so tender and tasty. This meat was delicious with well-cooked chips and a small salad. I will certainly return. Due to the excellent location and cost, my partner and I stayed here for two nights while attending a concert at the actor stadium. The check-in and check-out procedures were quick, and they provided onsite parking for a fee. The top ride shopping district is directly across the street, which is excellent because it has some great dining options. The hotel is for adults only, but the downstairs chill-games room is fantastic.
